"We had a short stay in Florence and this was a perfect location of us. The biggest 5 star rating was the helpfulness of the owners in retrieving a passport that we left in Rome. We were frantic when we realized we have left the passport in an Airbnb in Rome, and they went out of their way to help us have it retrieving and brought back to Florence. I cant say how much we appreciate it. FANTASTIC service!!!"

"This was a wonderful small intimate hotel. We received a lovely warm welcome. The location is superb only 3 minutes from the leaning tower and also a beautiful square. The hotel kindly offered us breakfast to take away which was delicious fresh coffee and divine croissants. Our room was large and luxurious. I would definitely make this my hotel of choice when visiting Pisa. Superb. "

"All the staff we encountered were excellent, being most helpful on arrival as we were a little before check in and the housekeeper, Anna did everything she could to help with luggage and car arrangements as there is No parking on-site. Parking is 30 euro per day. Carolina was fabulous with her recommendations for restaurants and letting us know that the streets were closed on our departure day and helping us coordinate a plan with luggage loading with the garage. "The tram station is 7min away and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Only problem is the hotel restaurant and the restaurants along the street are not opened on Sundays, so you need to go to the central for a meal."

"It was about a 20 to 30 minute walk to Old City Wall. Much longer to walk back as it is uphill. A taxi back was approximately 30 euros. Our room was small but clean. The Manager was helpful for directions etc. "
