The room was cleaned. However they stuck Us in the dark room with no View except a wall and parking lot the breakfast was cold and bugs were flying in it the bathroom sink didn't drain. And I told the lady at the front front desk and she said I have to ask to see if there's a room that's better we were there for a very short stay and I will be hesitant to go to that hotel again.

Where to start…I had such high hopes based on all the positive reviews. The room was just bad. The a/c was very loud making it difficult to sleep. We thought using the ceiling fan over the bed would be a good option but the fan would only run with the light on. The one in the sitting room would run with the light off but if it was turned up over #2 speed it would sway wildly. We spoke with the desk twice about it and both times they said they’d have some one fix it. Never did work. No one followed up with us and we were gone during the day when they came. The toilet didn’t work properly and they said well, yea they’ve been having trouble with the one in the room below us and sometimes waste would appear in our toilet. Sorry about that they said. We were told they were full and had no other rooms we could move to. The free breakfast was a draw to the place but the food was often cold. They will cook an omelet for you so that was good. I think they need more grill staff in the morning or have others cross trained. There were so many times someone would stand and wait to order for a long time. The cook was busy cooking and the other two ladies just walked around and ignored the person standing there. I mean at least acknowledge them and say someone will be with you…or write down what they want. The happy hour snacks were refried beans, tortilla chips and a bowl of trail mix. Once they did have raw vegetables and ranch dressing, that was good. Won’t return.

Overall stay was great. Too close to the road so noisy especially the early times of the night. Breakfast options were great. I had the king suite which is lots of space. I would definitely recommend it

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, a sep living room area with sofa bed and it's perfect for our family. Our teen has the sofa bed, our daughter is in the bedroom with us. Everyone has space and we even had pool time. The staff have been so super great and helpful.

I didn't like that the hotel is advertising services that wasn't available due to the construction. You pay for conveniences, and this wasn't the case this time. They should have disclosed this at the time of booking or offered a discount on rate while construction is going on within the hotel that limits some services that customers seek.

Nice stay
Hotel was nice and in a good location for us. There was some construction noise and the outside doors closed hard and were very noisy. Breakfast bar was slim pickings for vegetarians. Ran out of oatmeal early and weren’t making more. Still overall, a good stay.

Under construction again...
The location is nice but the hotel is still undergoing construction from my last visit 3-4 years ago. I probably wouldn't have stayed here if i knew the hotel was under going construction especially since there are hotels with cheaper price points and newer than this hotel. The staff did take my request for a quieter room which was nice, the hotel room could have been better based on what i experienced the last time i was there. Lacked the quality i was expecting for an Embassy Suites...

Under construction with no warning
We chose embassy suites because the full service breakfast they have. Nowhere is it mentioned the hotel is under construction. They has a very lame breakfast in a oud crowed old conference room. Bathroom fans didn't work so bathroom was like a Turkish bath. Enter and exit hotel through back door. Overall, I wish we'd saved $100 per night and stayed a t a Holiday Inn express.

I liked the fact that breakfast was provided every morning and my room had a small refrigerator and microwave. I couldn't always get the TV remotes to work. I don't know if they were defective or if it was operator error. The staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the stay!

Major construction - beware!
The place is under construction. The check in process is a make shift desk in the back of the hotel. Staff member was kind but not very helpful. The parking was second class. We arrived when it was dark so this was extremely inconvenient. The room was clean, and nice. The bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in my lower back. The “made to order breakfast” was fake eggs, no omelet station , zero potatoes, overall poor quality for the 356.00 we paid. Not the embassy suites we are used to.

We stayed for 7 nights. We did not have housekeeping for 4 of those nights. Only after we asked to have our room cleaned and could get fresh towels and TP. We asked every day at the main desk. Breakfast was not cooked to order. Poor food selection everything was cold. Happy Hour food was old celery and carrots. Some chips and salsa. There is a very big construction project going on during the day inside the hotel. Very dusty inside. Lots of sanding tile and cement work. This section of the hotel should be closed off for clients. Its a construction work zone. Over all I dont know if I would stay again.

The hotel was being remodeled starting at the lobby. The area entering the elevator was under construction, the floors were bare concrete. We booked specifically because we enjoyed the dining room and bar, both closed. They served breakfast in a conference type room and the selection was subpar. There's no reason they couldn't offer a tray of decent fruit. We should have been told that they were under construction. We paid more to stay at that location, we should be offered a discount based on the huge lack of amenities, but instead given an insulting token of $20 off a night.

The property is under doing renovations so a lot is missing like the bar area and the fancier breakfasts Embassy is known for but the happy hour was nice. They have brand new TVs but the remotes are horrible. They wouldn't turn on the TVs consistently and we gave up on the bedroom TV. After two calls we finally got maintenance to come and he gave us the LG remote but we still had to unplug and plug in the TV for it to turn on. TVs don't allow you to cast from your iPad or phone so bring a Fire stick and ask for TV remote to change input. Another tip: Hotel only has Tesla chargers. Nearby Level 2 chargers were out of service so highly suggest to fast charge at outlets before arriving in Tucson if you have a non Tesla EV. Overall, rooms are nice, quiet property when we were there. Wish the hot tub was open, too. That was roped off until the morning we left.

Did not know that there was construction going on when we booked. Parking was hard and we had to follow the signs to where registration was. Was not terrible but if i would have know of the construction, we would have booked elsewhere.
