This hotel room was dirty, old, dated, and has the most uncomfortable beds. The outdoor areas surrounding the hotel are lined with trash and look like a homeless encampment. The prices quoted online for pets are inaccurate. They charge more than what is posted. I would not recommend staying here.

Average and slightly run down, but OK. The coffee was terrible both in the room and in the restaurant. There is no reason for not offering a decent coffee.

On December, i stayed one night. I reported the water fountain broken. 3 weeks later the same water fountain still broken. The conditions of the bathrooms are declining, need a lot more maintenance. Thanks

Never staying here again!
Not so good. We will never stay here or at any other Comfort Inn again. Not terribly clean - the hallways had a peculiar smell - and just didn’t seem up to the standards of a place charging almost $150 a night. Too bad there isn’t a a Hampton Inn in the area. Much better bang for your buck!!

CHARGED FOR NON STAY!
I didn’t stay here this night. I tried to make reservations for the following night, but it automatically put in 10/12 instead of 10/13. I was charged for a night I didn’t even get to use. Hopefully this will be resolved and my money will be refunded. If those in the know check, they will see that I stayed at a Hampton Inn in Henderson, NV on 10/12. It was not resolved as Comfort Inn deemed not to refund the charge to my credit card. Now I’m sorry we made reservations for 10/13 and stayed there. We won’t be staying there again. We travel through this area a couple times a year and have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. Never again, though!!

It's a very nice place with a friendly staff. The room was nice. The breakfast was very good offering scrambled eggs, link sausages, yogurt, bagels, english muffins, toast, waffles, fruits, juices and coffee. Much better than Best Western and Vagabond, as I have stayed in both.

Mostly Ok Stay
Stay was mostly good, staff was friendly, but it seems that rooms could use a little refresh. The door on my room had a decent size gap towards the bottom and there was as some sort of stain in the bed skirt. No issues with parking and the wifi worked well. I’d possibly consider staying here again, but for the price might look at other options first.

Cleanliness and safety are always my top priorities when evaluating accommodations. This Comfort Inn was impressively clean and comfortable! Safety, however, was mixed. The entrance door didn’t fit its opening because there was a gap of about 1”-2” on the bottom and it was very difficult to push open. If there had been a fire, smoke could have easily poured into the room through the gap. The locks worked and the difficulty in opening made it harder to break into though.

This hotel has gone way down hill since we last stayed here. No coffee in room, toiletries non existant in bathroom. Bathroom door wouldn't close & door knob falling off. Front staff were unhelpful & didn't care at all. The breakfast was okay at best.

Hotel is OK BUT..we had some stranger walk into our room (the desk must have given out a duplicate room card). When we asked the front desk what could be done they said they could comp nothing because we booked through a 3rd party. This isn't just a minor inconvenience, but an unacceptable issue and they couldn't have cared less.

The bathrooms stunk like a musty washcloth. The fridge didn't work. The toilet rocked. There was a hole in the wall in one of the bathrooms. The bench outside was completely broken. The breakfast is gross. The pull out couch is uncomfortable in the suite. The staff was super friendly though.
