"Room was clean with a comfortable bed. However, the bathtub didn’t have any anti-slip in it. It was very slippery and we both also fell because of this. Otherwise everything else was great. Great location. Breakfast at the restaurant was good but the coffee was lukewarm warm and service average."

"Excellent location within walking distance from downtown and literally across the street from the express bus from airport. Hotel was very clean and the staff were super helpful. Area felt safe to walk around and it was quiet enough for sleeping. Would have liked a kettle for the room, but other than that, it was all good."

"Strange sediment was left in the bathroom sink after washing my hands. Noticed this late in the evening when I returned to my room. I didn't feel safe to use the water for brushing my teeth or bathing. Luckily, only a one night stay with a place to go in the morning to freshen up."

"Our room one of the sinks didn’t work? The elevators were broken besides 1 elevator for everyone in the hotel. Prices are not all included with the final price on here expect to pay at 27.00 resort fee for every night you stay on top of your 100.00 deposit. Mobile check-in was down and the valet machine wasn’t working right. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was nice but they gotta get some things fixed up"
