It’s a boutique style hotel and while the accommodation are minimalist it has all you need as you would expect at other hotels. The front desk staff was very responsive.

Very unique property. Great Happy Hour. We didn’t eat dinner there but what everyone else was having looked delicious. Wished there were more options for breakfast in-house but Folk (excellent) was just up the street as was an Irish bar-don’t recall the name. The area was a little desolate but felt very safe. Staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great way to stay in Detroit, and get a flavor for the remarkable creative energy of the city. Very easy to access downtown, sports stadiums, transportation and so on. However the Corktown neighborhood has incredible restaurants and other offerings.

We loved this hotel! It was less than a mile from central downtown and the staff there was amazing. The warm welcome from the manager Jeremy and the sweet girl in the coffee shop set the tone and the rooms, while not being fancy, were clean and set nice and cool. Not a bad price for a downtown hotel too. We will be back for Lions games.
