"This hotel is beautiful and I love the short shuttle ride to the beach club. Very beautiful and the beach in general is maybe a five minute walk from the property. Lots of great food options all within 5-10 minutes walking or the shuttle can take you as well. We were very pleased with the amenities. Very friendly staff. This was an anniversary getaway. The pools are also nice. "

"Great stay and great value! The view from PH unit 805 is of the marina. If you like to sleep in go with rooms facing west (no blackouts). The club units are on the 4th floor with the amenities- pool, gym, conference rm and lounge. The unit was tastefully designed with modern and comfortable layout. The bed was very comfortable medium firm. The shower was perfect. The front desk and staff were always welcoming and offered assistance and area directions. Would definitely recommend."

"Rooms have been renovated but the staples need updated also. Tried to iron an outfit and the iron spilled water all over. Needed blow dryer and it was broken (they did bring a new one). Room was nice and clean and bed comfortable but the AC seemed to only allow a certain setting at night. Was warmer than we liked. Staff was friendly at front desk but seemed confused at some questions. I’m assuming because they are just back from renovations. Pool closed still under renovation so was a bummer....

"The housekeeping service often does a half fast job. They do not wipe surfaces or vacuum every time they come to clean. There are questionable white stains all over the couches and a lot of the rooms smell like mildew . The front desk personnel are always very kind and accommodate the best they can. Especially Tia and David. However, Ahmed never knows what he’s doing and there is always an inadequacy during the check in process with him every time. "
