"The hotel it's self is very nice. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. We actually got our room early. On our second day the power flicked off about 3 times. It messed our safe up as when we were getting ready to go to a reservation we couldn't get phones/camera out. Ask for someone to come open it and they said someone would come right away. But after 10 minutes we had to leave. But upon arrival after our supper at CN Tower we asked again and this time they did come right away. The other thing we were in room 708 and we could hear the elevator bell ring all night. I would stay again but not a room near elevator . Great breakfast."

"Room was clean. Hotel overall very well maintained. Breakfast provided was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed Pillows are way too soft, should provide better, more comforatble pillows or give customer choice Would definately book again in future"
