Great place to stay. This was my first time in Tokyo and the space is good, the bed was confortable, the washer and dryer a plus!! The Yotsuya station just 5 min walk. Highly recommended

The property was really good. I liked that it had facilities in the room which allowed you to cook and to clean and dry clothes. The room was sufficient size to comfortably accommodate two adults and there was a table and chair which was useful. And all for a reasonable price. Yes, I would definitely book this hotel again if I was staying in Tokyo.

Compact room with all business travel needs: wash machine, pants presser (wall mount), fabric refresher etc. These are not the usual essential amenities you would find in 5 star hotels. Great price as well.

The hotel room was huuuuge compared to other hotels- we even had a little balcony! The washing machine in the unit helped SO much. It was a bit difficult to get from the station to the hotel with large bags because there isn’t an exit with an escalator/elevator that we could find but it’s completely doable. The staff let us wait in a private lounge with water and vending machines until it was time for check in which was amazing!

I really loved that the hotel room was quite big and comfortable! It is also very safe as the hotel requires you to tap your hotel card at a gate to enter the area to take the lift up to the hotel room. There is also a washing machine (with dryer function) in the room with washing detergent provided which was very easy to use as a sheet of instructions in various languages was provided! Important to note that the toilet in the hotel room does not have a lock. However, I wished that the hotel provided full room cleaning services because they only provide limited cleaning (changing of towels and emptying of rubbish bins in the room) while a full room cleaning service is chargeable. Also, other than a family mart right next to the hotel, there were barely any restaurants or food stalls open past 11pm to grab some food to eat so would suggest to grab dinner outside at other areas first before going back to the hotel! However, overall was still very happy with the hotel stay!

Old, antiquated, staff was not friendly. I got a kitchenette with no utensils, except for a baby fork, and a spoon, one pot. The comforter had a stain on it. It smelled a smoke. I wish I could get a partial refund because this place was not the best.

It’s not bad to stay in this hotel for a few days. It’s clean, good services and quite a quiet area but away to Shinjuku main district not too far, it is walkable there within 30mins. I love the laundry/dryer inside the room, very convenient.

Very spacious rooms with a studio-like layout. Room even has a balcony with gorgeous views of the city from top floors. Was even able to see top of Fuji in the distance. I think it's a great hotel for a work stay. The desk, laundry machine and kitchenette are very handy. The wifi is fast. And the staff is very courteous. Akasaka Palace, plenty of food, and mutliple train lines are within walking distance.

Conveniently located in Tokyo. Most major areas are accessible by train by 1-2 connections. Rooms are clean. washer/dryer is convenient with Tokyu Stay.

I've stayed at this property maybe 100 times since it opened, but not in recent years. I was pleased that it continues to be attractive and well-maintained. I was disappointed with their inflexible late check-out policy — unlike the cooperative attitude of the past. The rooms are tiny, but pack in a washer/dryer, a small fridge, a small microwave, a kettle, a pants presser and a single-burner stove. Also free coffee in the common area downstairs. A Family Mart is on the ground floor, next door. Dozens of eateries within three or four minutes on foot. Two subway lines and two JR train lines are within 4 minutes on foot.

アメリカから日本への一時帰国で長期利用をしました。 部屋に洗濯機があり、洗濯機の洗剤はフロントで無料でいくつでもいただけます。ゴミ袋も同様にいくらでもいただけて便利でした。また、傘を持っていなかったのですが、ホテルの傘も借りることができました。 部屋も広くて、ミニキッチンには包丁やまな板、鍋やおたま等も揃っています。 3階にオフィススペースがあり、もちろんフリーwifiも昼間はそこで仕事もできて快適です。コーヒーもhotもiceも無料で飲めます。 フロントの対応もとても丁寧で、宅配便や郵便物の受取りもやってくれます。今回延長連泊しましたが、同じ部屋での手配なども快くしてくださいました。 何度も泊まっていますが、周りの立地もとても便利なので（コンビニ、薬局、スーパー、100円ショップ、食事するところや飲むところ等）また泊まると思います。

延泊で追加で予約したが、ちゃんと同じ部屋でチェックイン等何もすることなくスムーズに手続きをしてくれました。 フロントの対応がとても良いですし、部屋も広くて快適です。 3階にフリーのコーヒーメーカーと仕事ができるスペースがあって、助かりました。

Bad cleaning policy
I stayed at this hotel many times in the last 5 years but their service is just bad and annoying. They have a weird room cleaning service policy which you can only choose between daily towel change/trash taken out if you stay 6 days or less, or one time cleaning like all other hotels do if you stay 7 days or more. I don’t understand where this policy came from for a self claimed 3 star hotel. However, if you stay 4-5 days it wouldn’t bother you that much. Unfortunately, I got stuck in Tokyo due to Covid situation and had to stay 1 month and this cleaning policy became a problem. I was forced to choose between the 2 cleaning options and I went for clean towels and trash clean daily. I made a total of 4 bookings continuously, each for 1 week. Even at the end of each booking they also refused to deep clean the room unless I agree to pay ¥100,000 for cleaning. I just don’t get it. By no means this is a cheap hotel, but they will try to refuse cleaning at all cost, which is quite frankly stupid. And the staffs are not helpful neither. I ended up cleaning myself in a room which cost me $176 a night during the empty period of corona lockdown in Tokyo. Long story short, short stays are fine, like I used to. Long stay please avoid this hotel.

A top choice if needing a MW and L+D machine
It was great to stay here. The room was spacious and very clean. The availability of a microwave and a laundry+dryer machine made a big difference. A large TV screen was nice, too. The hotel's location is convenient for many places, too.

Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable
It would have been an excellent stay if there is daily cleaning of the room. The stay was great and location was good too. It is near to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. Most staff were friendly and able to understand and speak simple English. They were able to help us send luggage to airport at a reasonable price 2 days before our departure so that we could travel light. The only drawback is it has low voltage electricity supply. Be warned that some electric appliances like hair curlers and dyson hair dryer cannot work in this hotel. Do not take room size less than 20 sq meter.
