Area is very close to Metro station and many activities. Bathroom out of the 80s, but everything works fine, blast from the past. Comfortable pillows and bed. Just enough space for luggage. The guest lounge is more of just a room to microwave your food so that's all we used it for. After the stairs to get to check in there is an elevator so it helps. I would stay here again.

For a business hotel, it was much as i expected. Only thing is that there is no elevator from 1F - 2F. But they do have an elevator for the other floors.

Great location and the breakfast was good (fried egg, toast, bacon and sausage). Very nice and helpful staff. Quiet and comfortable room. The sink in the bathroom leaked a little around the faucet, but the water went into the basin, so no big deal. I plan to return.

Compared to other countries the rooms are small, however for Japan they are reasonable sized for 3.

Room spacious for 4. Lovely staff, good breakfast included, very close to station and lots of restaurants. Beds incredibly hard. Bathroom tiny and strangely like an airplane bathroom. Steps up from the street are a killer with heavy luggage.

Everything at this small hotel was OK. The best feature is its location -- I wanted to stay in Shin Okubo and that's where it is. My room was large by Tokyo standards and included a fridge and desk. The overall feel is "budget," but I didn't stay in SO in order to spend a lot of time in the room, so I don't really care that it wasn't five star. Noise level was not bad, esp considering that almost every room is close to the elevator.

Can’t fault the place, nice staff, English not too bad. Front desk maned 24hrs. Room small as you would expect. Everything clean and tidy. I stayed 17 nights so had a good feel for the place. Breakfast 500y was good. About 3min from the nearest station.

the key operates all the electricity in the room, not enough outlets, and what bothered me the most is you had to leave your key with the front desk whenever you went out for the day. When you came back to get your key, they didn’t ask for any ID, just handed the key to you.

Close to train station. Room was ridiculously small. Nowhere to put suitcase. Very basic breakfast with no choices other than tea, coffee or juice. Same food served every day.

Good Location!
This hotel is located within a 1-2 min walk from a metro station which gives good access to everything you want to see in Tokyo. The staff were friendly and helpful and the WiFi was excellent too. The room was a little short on space for 3 people and cases but it wasn't a massive problem. Would recommend to others visiting Tokyo.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. It is in a great location for everything you could possibly need. The staff are very friendly and have english speaking staff.

This is really in a very central part of Tokyo.I have read on here that they have a problem with the steps.You do have to walk up to desk about 12 steps.Staff would help if needed.Also read about smoke smell it is smoke free.They have room set aside for smoking.There are about two dozen restaurants close and that you do smell.AC was awesome I was just there and it was hot out and cold in room.Some complained about breakfast it is very simple and it is all they serve.One egg,toast,drink,salad,bacon and sausage for 500 yen very reasonable.It is dated but for the price was perfect.Rooms size is adequate,

This was a great hotel to stay in, primary due to the price for its location. It’s smack bang in the middle of Shin Okubo, only a few minutes walk from the station. It’s a busy, bustling area with a lot of shops and restaurants. My one warning would be that the reception for this hotel is up a flight of stairs, with no other access point. This was fine for me, but my friend had a broken leg, and struggled to get up and down. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay. The room and bed both seemed very large compared to other Tokyo hotels, we had a small fridge, and the bathroom was also larger than previous hotels we had stayed in.
