Rooms are too noisy due to cabel car.Posted 29-Sep-2013
Pros: The staff.
Cons: I guess no solution fo rthe cable car noise problem...:(
Location: Great location and parking services for 25 Euro per day. No need for teh car every thing is nearby.
The rooms cleanness, staff and location are outstanding. Rooms are a bit small. But the most annoying was the noise caused by the cable car as it passes inside the hotel building. Furthermore, the drunk people were noisy while they are waiting the cable car. Cable car starts too early in the morning and operates in less frequency after mid-night.

Excellent for short stayPosted 18-Sep-2013
The hotel is right in the heart of the city, at Via Nassa street which is the most vibrant part of the city. Many restaurants and shops including a big shopping center, Manor, are just few steps from the hotel. In addition, it is right next to the funicular station which takes you to the main train station. The only annoyance is that funicular runs every two minutes from 5:20 am till midnight that produces loud noise and little vibration when it passes by. This hotel is good for the trips if you are out most of the day.

Wish there was air conditioning.Posted 04-Sep-2013
Pros: Liked it's location - central to the train station. Like the reasonable prices and the morning breakfast buffet.
Cons: Include the breakfast in the price of the room.
Hotel was central and easy to travel in and out of.

heat control unsatsifactoryPosted 29-Aug-2013 on Hotels.com
Good, central location. Clean and well-run.However, for my friend and I the room was uncomfortably hot and the fan was inadequate.Suggest that the hotel considers putting heat pumps into each room. The initial cast would be high, but they are cheap to run and best of all, only operated when the client is in the room. A heat pump able to be operated at the cooling setting would have been great. I would not have thought of heat pumps until we experienced the use of them in an old and quaint hotel in Rome. Hugely good.

Very noisyPosted 12-Aug-2013 on Hotels.com
Our room was literally next to the extremely noisy Funicular railway. A train passed the window every 10 minutes or so. There was no air conditioning only a desk fan. The worst hotel room I have ever stayed in anywhere! It was awful.

Hotel by the train trackPosted 07-Jul-2013
Pros: Room size
Cons: No minibar in room
Location: Fine except for the trains passing.
The hotel room didn't have a minibar and my room was right by the train track, so every few minutes I would hear the train passing from 5:30 in morning till after midnight which was annoying. Other than that the room was comfy.

Great hotel, shame about the noise from the nearby railway. Train every five minutes from 5am to midnight. If you are a light sleeper forget it
