"Brown Beach House is a good option if you're looking for accommodations close to the beach. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our experience. We found the hotel in general could be cleaner, and the rooms were a little dated, despite being 'modern' in decoration. Our A/C broke the last night before we left, which could have been a problem given the 40 degree weather. We were especially impressed with Chaim who is involved with guest relations because he came over to us when we arrived and remembered our stay at the hotel in the past. There was a lovely Succah for the holiday where we had our breakfast and everything was there for us. We did not miss a thing."
