Good location and 24 hr reception. Quite hidden from main road. Room was clean but small. The door was easily rattled when locked so not sure how secure it was and the walls were thin as we could hear people talking in other rooms

Right in the Heart of Hip Tel Aviv
Simple, clean, but sparse hotel in a busy section of Tel Aviv. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping in this neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach. The room was sparsely furnished but adequate. TV did not work. Wifi available but slow. No amenities in this place. The only attraction is the location.

Good location - right on a main street very near a popular bus stop, plenty of places to eat, etc., nearby. The maid was really nice, though she didn't speak any English. On the downside... here are some: Water pressure in the shower was non-existent. The friendliness of the clerk who checked me in was about zero. When I found that the hot water pot (that I would use to heat water for coffee or tea) was filthy inside, I took the thing down to show him. He was smoking in the lobby rest area, and made me come into his smoky surroundings to discuss it. He insisted that "that's normal". He even said "It's healthy for you" and "it's that way everywhere in the world", which clearly isn't true, even of other places to stay in Israel. Truly disgusting. SUMMARY: I would gladly pay more to stay elsewhere.

It is a well-maintained apart hotel without much investment, in a very well located place, with restaurants, shopping and a 10-minute walk from the beach.

I wasn't happy about service because I ask the receptionist to please fix the television in my room because didn't work at all. I couldn't watch anything on it. The television hasn't been fixed at all time .

Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff and clean, spacious rooms. Loved staying here for three nights, just 10-15 min from the beach and right on the Main Street.

The location was excellent - on lively Dizengoff Street, and close to the beaches - but the room was quiet enough to get some rest when needed. The room was clean, well laid out and comfortable - nothing flashy but just fine for a base to stay while exploring Tel Aviv and the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of small issues - the shower curtain was hung about 3 feet from the tub so it was hard to keep everything contained and at the time I was there, the espresso machine off the lobby was broken, though I think they were repairing it when I left. Pretty minor stuff and I didn't have ANY of the problems some other recent reviewers have mentioned. I'd strongly recommend this place.

Fire escape entirely blocked.
Good location. Basic but clean. The fire escape was completely blocked with building materials and other junk which seems dangerous. Some of the reception staff were nice others were very surly and unhelpful.

Expedia messed up my booking but the receptionist sorted me out with an apartment as it wasn't my fault. Room was cleaned every day. Toilet didn't work on one day but it was fixed super quickly.

When we checked in, the male at the front desk spoke poor English. When he asked for credit card, we gave it to him assuming it is for incidentals. He ended up charging us again for the room that was already paid for. It took two more visits to the front desk and over a week to get a refund. The room was very small but also smelled like mold and sewer. I think the hotel has unresolved issues issues with their sewage system and the smell of sewage in the room was strong and impossible to get rid of. Cleaning person would always open the window probably to get rid of the smell so we would come back to extremely cold room with the smell still present. The toiletries in the bathroom were not even replaced once and the bathroom flooded each time we took a shower. The hotel needs a lot of updating and definitely is not worth the price. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of good location.

We did not book this room and were offered an upgrade, which we refused because we didn't want to pay more. It was a tiny 15sq meters. The check in clerk was not very friendly but other clerks were. Room was clean but smelled funny. TV had only financial and news stations in English. It had good Wifi with an interesting folding shower. We used the wifi to watch movies on our tablet. The big plus for Dizengoff is that it has an elevator. Not many hotels in Israel do.It has a nice indoor/outdoor lobby and is only blocks from the beach.

Basic and clean. Not too big Kitchenette is handy. Short walk to Gordon Beach. Entrance is hard to find. It is a white gate inset in an alley next to am pm grocery store. It met our needs. We recommend it

Excellent location! Dirty room t needs updating
I was staying at the down the street at 130 Dizengoff and needed an extra night but they were sold out. I found this hotel on Expedia at 138 Dizengoff and thought how bad could it be only a few doors away and it was a bit less expensive.... Well I was in for a surprise. The room was the size of a closet, the bed sagged, draperies barely covered the windows, shower was not properly working and this property is one step above a boarding house. The keys and security system has not been updated in 20 plus years and they do not even have key cards for the rooms. People at the front desk are friendly but they only have so much to work with. If you leave your luggage for storage it just sits in the lobby yet the front desk people are roaming the property and nobody is there to watch your luggage.

Poor customer service. GREAT location
The overnight front desk staff on 23.6-24.6 was incredibly rude. We asked him for an extended check out and before we even finished asking the question he was already shaking his head no, not to mention the horrible look on his face. Not hospitable whatsoever. Aside from the service, the room was very clean and cozy. Location was perfect.

You do not see the sea at Dizengoff Sea Residences
First of all, there are no laundry facilities, in spite of claiming to have laundry facilities on site. I booked this hotel because of the purported laundry facilities. Towels are doled out like they are plutonium, in spite of our requests for more. Very few kitchen plates, cups, etc.There was daily housekeeping, but the service was spotty. No cable channels available.I really expected better.Management was slow to respond to problems.I will not stay here again, and suggest that anyone who values their comfort do not either.

hotel staff reception took my money to secure a 3am taxi to airport. When I arrived at 3am, no staff and no taxi. I was stranded. Luckily I had a gett app and thankfully one arrived in time f me to get to airport. Very unprofessional,- this is not hospitality! Ive been traveling for 16 days, 6 hotels and this is the worse. I cant believe they could be so unorganized. They owe me money! What would have happened if I didnt have that gett app? Omg!
