"This hotel is located in a great location and is super cute! The rooftop bar/pool/restaurant is really nice and the breakfast is fabulous!! We loved everything we had. The view from the pool is very nice and hip! The boutique in the hotel had very nice high end clothing and other neat stuff. The rooms are small but very nicely done and great bathroom amenities. I would stay here again for sure and I’m kind of a hotel snob but Upendo is super cute and decorated nicely "

"PLEASE BE AWARE. This place overbooks clients so when you arrive they say there is NO reservation under your name. Then they send you to another location of much lower quality. People at the new location confirmed that they do this all the time. It is not a mistake but rather a scam. I left that second location and was lucky to find a nice hotel nearby for the same price. "I just want to say our welcome to Konokono Beach Resort and Isaraya was one of the Kingly Experience too bad we had to spend just a night evening and morning. The General manager was so professional and very understanding. My wife did not want to leave this place. If you are looking for serenity, quite and privacy. This is definetly the place you wanna be in. Very big shout out to all the staffs these guys are five star experts and they treat all guests with the same energy and kindness. Most importantly Bernad, Jackson and Agness and the other young lady was the best. Konokono you are fortunate and lucky to have such a great personnel. I got so much but let just finalise by saying that i am very pleased."
