"The property is well maintained and since it was the off-season, it was very quiet. It's not the Ritz, but it is clean and no offensive odors. The continental breakfast was served daily and it was freshly prepared and sufficient. The staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. All in all, a pleasant stay. Be aware - there is a $100.00 damage deposit that is not mentioned on Expedia's website. Also, there is a $20.00 per night fee for pets that is not mentioned on Expedia's website."

"Hotel was in a great location and in decent shape. Couldn’t use the amenities as they were just recovering from hurricanes. My only complaint was the front desk girl our second night was unhelpful. I usually don’t complain about that but I needed some things this time. "
