Desk lost reservetion I made for an associate. Had to get his room in nearby hotel. Later received email asking why we had not checked in. Bed was hardest surface I have ever slept on, ugh. Carpet stained, grimy. Loose wires on outlets, light fixtures falling apart. Desk staff was friendly at least.

The room has cigarette smell and everything looks old

Good location near subway station. Convenience stores and eateries close by. Fridge in room. Very satisfied.

Front Desk is extremely helpful. Their service is one of the best I had. Extremely polite too. The basement chilling area is great too! Room is spacious and as per photos. Bathroom is awesome with the bathtub.
