"Stayed at lovely Kumari Hotel for only two days, before moving on to the meditation retreat that brought me to Nepal, and I am so happy that I decided on this property. "If travelling to Kathmandu I thoroughly recommend this Hotel as your base. In Thamel but quiet enough at night to get a restful sleep. More importantly the manager sets an amazing tone and welcomes you warmly from the get go. Nice to be greeted by forst name basis. All other staff are friendly too. Rooms spacious . No faults here!!! "I was very impressed with this hotel! So that we extended one more night. Good customer service, helpful, friendly, professional. Room was fine with view. The hotel is huge and pool was nice. I highly recommend the Indian restaurant (we visited it twice) & the room service (was so good) and the outdoor lounge. Breakfast was very good & different than usual options. But needs more space if some groups attend the breakfast. Spa can be improved. Overall I recommend it and will book again if i visit Nepal in future."
