Location to beaches, shops and ferry. There were plenty of dining options close by. Everyone from the cleaning staff to reception were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a harbour view one bedroom apartment and the view was stunning. Layout of the apartment was good. We liked the fact that our bedroom was separate to our grandson who had a trundle bed set up in the lounge area. We could watch tv in our bedroom and not disturb him at all. He slept like a log. Even though there is a busy road and bus stop out the front, we slept very well in the most comfortable bed ever. We didn't hear any traffic noise during the night. The bathroom is looking tired and in need of a spruce up and the doorways could do with a paint, but apart from that everything was great. Very well equipped kitchen, there was even salt and pepper provided with tea bags, biscuits etc. Great work guys.

Apartments handy to the Manly Wharf where ferries to the CBD are situated. There is a busy bus stop outside so you do get a bit of traffic noise. Overall we enjoyed our stay but were a little disappointed that we weren't able to have our room serviced on Saturday (there was no housekeeper available after 10.30am) or at all on Sunday.

Occasionally rooms get missed if a Do Not Disturb is on the door when housekeeping are doing their rounds but usually it is resolved before midday. Sunday is a no service day. Dear guest, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear there was an issue with your bathroom. It is hard for me to resolve this with an anonymous review as I can only presume you were in an accessible room with a shower floor with no lip due to allowing a wheelchair to be used in the shower and then, yes, this does cause water to spread wider than the shower space.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quest Manly Hotel Apartment in Sydney, and overall, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, providing quick access to the energetic Manly Beach and its surrounding areas. The flat itself was neat and tidy. Modern appliances were included in the kitchenette. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. A well-equipped fitness centre and sauna were among the hotel's remarkable features. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a major plus for staying connected. The only little change I would make is to repaint the bathroom and walls to match the web pictures. Although the cleaning was excellent, a minor touch-up would improve the appearance as a whole. Despite this minor observation, I highly recommend Quest Manly Hotel Apartment for its exceptional service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations. The staff's attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a memorable stay truly set this hotel apart. I would gladly return for another visit and confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney. Overall, my experience at Quest Manly Hotel Apartment was fantastic, and I cannot wait to visit again.

I see why everyone loves Manly
Great location. Front desk staff friendly. Drivers were a bit muddled about how to get to the Quest as the area has a lot of activity, but as the area is an easy, flat walk, this really wasnt an issue during my stay.

The room needed a refresh, mold on bathroom’s tiles , old tired , no supportive mattress, no lift ( elevator ) working for almost a full day . Would not consider going back too soon. The cleaning staff was doing their best under the circumstances.

Dear Andrei,I am disappointed to read that our rooms did not meet with your expectations and will be investigating the bathroom further and it will be rectified immediately. It is very rare to get negative feedback on our beds as they are the top of the line corporate mattresses.Unfortunately, the lift did break down and sometimes these things happen and we do our best to help guests with luggage etc if need be. Fortunately, our apartments are only 2 floors so having to use the stairs in this situation isn't too much of a problem.We apologise for any inconvenience that was caused.

if your after a nice clean serviced apartment in the heart of Manly then you cant go past Quest, its clean, the staff are great, the lift is a bit wonky but eh such is life. the staff go out of their way to impress.

Great view of harbour and really convenient to get around. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only negative which is beyond their control was the music playing from the wharf all night.
