"breakfast was great. pool was great and so was the gym nice setting, and the car park was very safe, secure and free!"

"Although food and staff were very good. Our ‘superior room in the courtyard’ was very poor. Stained carpets and mugs, no privacy at window unless curtains closed. Worst was the bathroom - about 7 inches higher than a normal bath and a hard small step to use to get in and out of the bath - very hazardous. High price paid for a very poor ‘superior’ room - not luxury room at all"

"I stayed overnight on Wednesday 3 June. On the Thursday morning I got up to find there was no hot water in my room. I had to wash and shave using cold water. Most unsatisfactory. I went to reception and the staff there was most unhelpful. I asked to make a formal complaint and asked the manager to contact me by phone or email. No follow up has been forthcoming. I feel robbed as I paid quite a high price for the room and in my opinion have not been given the customer service anyone would expect. An apology and or compensation should have been forthcoming. Please be aware of my experience and take this into consideration if you are booking a stay."
