"This boutique hotel is nicely decorated, comfortable and impeccably clean, our room on the 3rd floor had prefect Wi-Fi reception. Efficient check-in, even though we arrived 3 hours later than expected at 4am and thoughtful call the next morning before the breakfast service closed. "Denied Stay, despite a confirmed booking"

"We booked in for a week and checked out after about 7 hours. It is a filthy dump, there is no hot water, the breakfast is prepared in a filthy unhygienic kitchen with no standrds of hygiene.
