Efficient check-in, even though we arrived 3 hours later than expected at 4am and thoughtful call the next morning before the breakfast service closed. "Denied Stay, despite a confirmed booking"

"We booked in for a week and checked out after about 7 hours. It is a filthy dump, there is no hot water, the breakfast is prepared in a filthy unhygienic kitchen with no standrds of hygiene. The pictures of rooms must have been taken ten years ago as it doesn't look like his now. We left and went to a decent hotel around the corner!"
