I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the experience my family and I have had during our stay Sheraton hotel, room 213. Upon arrival, we were excited to relax and enjoy our time, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The room we were allocated was situated next to the Jacuzzis, which resulted in incessant noise disturbances, compounded by the presence of a motor that emits a deafening sound akin to an aircraft engine. Despite raising this issue with the staff downstairs, we were informed that nothing could be done, which we find unacceptable. It seemed as though our concerns were dismissed, leaving us feeling disregarded and disheartened. Furthermore, the room we booked, which was advertised as having a view of the slopes, fails to provide any such view. This discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the reality of our accommodation adds to our disappointment. Additionally, we were disheartened to hear that our booking through Expedia limits the hotel’s ability to address our concerns. Such a response is not only disconcerting but also reflects poorly on the level of service and care provided to guests, irrespective of their booking method. As guests who have traveled for 14 hours to reach the establishment, we expected a level of comfort and service that has unfortunately not been met. Our overall experience has left us feeling extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Sheraton hotel.

Incredible place to stay right by the ski lift. My son and I had an amazing time snowboarding the infamous champagne powder. Will keep coming back! My only complaint is that I was not offered any assistance with my bags and boards. Took me by surprise considering I was a single mom traveling with my son, but we managed.

We've been coming to Steamboat for years and have always rented a condo since we had a family of 4. Because my husband and I were solo this time, we booked the Sheraton. We had a little trepidation because the hotel has been there longer than we've been visiting, and we didn't know if the property had been kept up. We were pleasantly surprised at the property's excellent condition including the restaurant, bar and market areas. Extremely convenient to the base. We will definitely stay again.

Do not stay here. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. First off, the room smelled like old hot dog water. I tried to ignore my bad impression with the hotel by visiting the bar. I was wrongfully demeaned, humiliated and refused service for absolutely no reason. I was accused of being intoxicated because the bartender asked me if “something was wrong” unprompted. I answered “it kind of seems like you don’t want to serve me” and he took the “first” drink of the night out of my hand mid sip. Imagine if that happened to you in front of a bar full of people as a young, sober woman out by yourself at the hotel you chose to stay at. Horrible, disgusting excuse of people work at this establishment.

The room was very nice, good size. the comforter on the bed was old and stiff. The one HUGE problem was the shower. it was either freezing cold or scalding hot. The temperature could not be adjusted.

Really enjoyed the modern and recently renovated room with a kitchen, well done! The staff were amazing and friendly, and what we saw of the rest of this facility was all very nice. My wife and I agreed we’ll go back next time we’re in Steamboat Springs!

Beautiful but loud and hot
Hotel is beautiful, staff, pool, hot tub were all amazing. Only complaint was the amount of noise in our room. We were on the 3rd floor and their mechanical systems were outside our balcony. Our room was hot and AC was not cooling it off sufficiently so we opened our balcony door, noise level was pretty high, ice maker in the full size fridge was loud every time an ice cube fell, but we didnt complain, just didnt sleep well. I would stay again but not around that room.

Experience was over all great. My only negative was that they did not mention the different views when we booked. We basically had a view of the driveway, and looked at what appeared to be an electrical transfer station. Had we know we would have paid for mountain views.

Good but a couple things were a pain
Nice place but the AC doesn't seem to drop to the temperature you want it. So a bit annoying and requested a fan for the room which they had and gave us. Also this is our second time staying here and thought it may be better in reference to the Tesla charging stations. The do not have the parking spots marked well for the shargers and non electric cars park there which leaves those that need to charge unable. Sheraton doesn't give you a rear mirror parking pass so often times the one they give you slides down your top dash and you can't see the room number people are sleeping in. So the Sheraton says there is nothing they can do. This time I requested my money back for parking fees and they did return it. Since I had to park next store for $20 in another lot to charge overnight.
