Staff was pleasant but the property smelled of stale cigarettes. It was confirmed non-smoking by staff, but the travelers next to us were smoking and it came straight into our bathroom. Do not stay here if you have any cigarette sensitivities!

The hot tub wasn’t warm or working, which was disappointing since it’s the main reason I booked this specific hotel. As far as the pool goes the water felt surprisingly warm almost like a bath. Also there was no hot breakfast in the morning and cold breakfast instead which they had a sign out that said the lack of hot breakfast was due to staffing shortages. The room was clean and nice and the staff was nice but I was really disappointed with this stay. It felt like a bait and switch or false advertising. Don’t say you have a hot tub on your website if it’s not working. Don’t say you will have hot breakfast if you won’t. If you wanna blame lack of hot breakfast on staffing shortages then maybe pay a living wage to your workers instead of screwing over both your workers and the customers too and giving everyone a crap experience.

Room great although no drawers. Hot tub not working, pool was ok but not heated and only 2 small tables and 4 chairs for abt 9 people at 6pm. Tv ok but took some explanation as to how it operates . But the check in clerk was great, no name badge though. I forgot to ask but she was great . We arrive early and she had the room ready , this was 4/19 abt 1200pm.

Having a room in the lower level was a plus, as it was very quiet. Corridors need a deep cleaning, but room was clean. Towels aren’t the best and lacking for two people. Front desk wouldn’t answer the phone to confirm late checkin. Breakfast had what was needed to start a day. The smell of some sort of smoking was within corridors but not in the room. Good cost for a goodnight sleep after a long drive.

I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. It was 20 minutes farther away from our venue but thought it was worth it because of the hot tub. Turns out when we got there, the hot tub was broken and wasn't getting fixed any time soon. That was really disappointing.

Found the strongly worded signs about no smoking and fines to be off putting. I am a non smoker so no issues with the sentiment, but the tone of the messages posted was strong/aggressive. Made me feel like they have repetitive issues with some of the clientele and that I might have cause to have safety worries.

Great price, nice staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast, 24 hr indoor pool, and has family suites … but kinda noisy, in disrepair (lobby walls and ceiling in bad condition in places, hot tub out of order, lobby water fountains out of order, 2nd floor ice machine out of order), and one of our two rooms wasn’t cleaned very well (found food leftovers in fridge and tennis ball and pop bottle under furniture).

Parking was hard on the hill, but the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room was excellent, bed was comfortable!! Breakfast was good. We will be staying there from now on, when we travel to see our family in Chesapeake VA.

We liked everything about this hotel. We had a room with a king bed and a sofa which was perfect. It is quiet, clean, safe and close to restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. I would higly recommend it.
