They allowed us to check in early as the rooms were available and even helped us to store our luggage when we went to Macau for a night, checking out. "Late flight, land, receive email saying we have to pay HK$29,414 deposit at check-in... Hotels usually place a pre-approval on your credit card, but HK$29,414 is AU$5,300! And must be actually paid, not pre-approved. Arrive 11:30pm, Myself, my wife, 2 children under 10, room booked accordingly. "The Hotel was fine. Elevators were slow despite being 5 of them. Music was a bit loud some nights (we could hear the bass thumping in our room on 9th floor). Rooms were comfortable but they should have cleaned the giant stain on carpet from previous guests. Some of the towels we received during the week had stains on them. Bathroom strangely smelled a bit like sewer so we kept door shut when we went to sleep. "
