Dear Veronica,thank You for Your kind review.You are correct. There is no lift/elevator. The reason for that are strict regulations regarding construction in the old town. Diocletian Palace and most of the old town (where both hotel and villa are located) has been protected by UNESCO since 1979. Regarding morning tea, we had pointed out to You upon check in that we treat all of our guests equally, regardless which building they are staying in. We could had brought You tea, coffee or other beverages during breakfast hours, from 7 to 10 every morning, You just needed to call us or text us. To sum up, we are glad to see that You enjoyed our beautiful destination and the bed and we hope to fulfill Your expectations regarding breakfast next time. Thank You and have a nice day!

Our hotel is located inside Split old town and Diocletian's palace and that part of the town is pedestrian area. We have private garage which is located in our other property, approx. 10 minutes walking distance from our hotel, closed and under video surveillance. That is the reason why we send driving directions to every guest who arrives by car. We understand that the parking process is not as simple as the one bigger hotels may have but we try to make parking process easier for our guests by meeting them on the Riva main promenade, providing help with luggage and escort to our hotel. Afterwards, our driver drives the car in our garage. We sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to have you as our dear guest again! Take care.
