"We were traveling to Indy for a family event. My husband is in the military, and our regular place to stay was booked (my in-law's home,) so we booked this hotel. It was my husband, myself, and three children ages 16, 13, and 11. The original room we were given was room 222. It was gross, the carpet was stained, all the furniture was stained, the pull out couch and mattress were unacceptably disgusting. The room was all over just a no. So I went to the receptionist and let her know how gross it...

"The actual room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The location is easily accessed from the highway and in a good area with restaurants and stores. There seemed to always be an odd smell in the lobby and hallways. Lots of people were staying there for an extended period of time, almost like an apartment building. For the price I would stay there again, but would probably not bring my young children. "

"Stayed here for two nights to attend a tournament at the Indiana Convention Centre. Great location just off the highway and a short 13 minute drive to the convention Centre. Exceptional value. The check in and customer service cannot be beat. This is a very well managed and run Motel. Will stay here again."

"Our stay at the Omni was fabulous. The staff at the hotel were professional and very helpful. This property is a historic gem and close to shopping and restaurants. We went for a concert so it was great to be able to walk a very short distance to Lucas Oil Stadium. Hotel is currently going under a major renovation, however this did not change the great experience we had at this hotel. We will return to stay again and look forward to the new look. Thank you to the awesome team at Omni Severin for making this a fabulous stay :-)"
