An easy to access and what you see is what you get hotel. The included breakfast was excellent and the room spacious and comfortable. A significant gripe was the sole luggage trolley that was almost impossible to use because of broken wheels. I told the staff about this and they replied it was meant to be put aside until new wheels were obtained. I still saw it being “used” by other patrons.

I pleasant and modern hotel with sufficient eating facilities and near to retail parks. Plenty of parking. My only criticism would be the traffic noise in the rear room we were given. Next to very busy main road with significant traffic noise especially early in the morning..

Selection on menu very basic and not cooked that well! Breakfast was hectic, lack of cutlery, lack of mugs for coffee machines that kept breaking down. Then was given large paper cups that didn’t fit underneath coffee machine without the possibility of burning oneself. Thought it would be better than this although cleanliness of rooms was immaculate

All the staff at this property go out their way to ensure everything is spot on. Breakfast service and reception staff were always available and keen to help in any way they can. Unfortunately the property is showing its age and the rooms and commin areas are in need of refurbishment. Stained carpets, torn wallpaper, room facilities old and worn. With an upgrade and some tlc this could be a great property. The area does not have good transport links so a car would be essential for getting around.

Children running around in early morning so poor soundproofing. Breakfast area a total mess even at 10.30I was told find a clean table to which there wasn't. Breakfast was ok however. I won't stay here again

This is an excelent choice for an overnight stop over in Southampton. Conveniently located just off M27, it is located next to the Utilita bowl venue. Rooms are clean and well presented. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good value and good standard. Fully recommended

Well positioned hotel. Attentive staff. Excellent breakfast, good service. Comfortable bed, good shower, good storage, great TV reception. Two of the room lamps did not work but plenty of other lighting. Comfortable walk to the nearby retail park.

Good hotel for short stays. I stayed over the Easter holidays weekend. It was chaotic at the breakfast buffet with kids, but the staff tried their level best to keep it under control.

Absolutely great hotel. Very clean and convenient. Staff were all great and on in particular in the dining hall spoke to me about my daughter being dairy free and what we could get for her. Recommend highly.
