Jan 24 south shields stay at the Beechwood
My stay was amazing. The room was beautifully laid out with iron hair dryer and tea coffee and biscuits with milk sachets plus extra pillowcases and towels when asked for. The tv was Crisp clear and the bedroom had an Amazon echo fitted which plays music and wakes u up when required. Couldn’t fault it. Oh the local haven leisure centre is 3 mins walk away with Olympic size swim pool plus an amazing gym. The beach is a hop skip and jump from the guest house too. Great eateries opposite the guest house and Rez the host makes a fabulous full cooked breakfast too!

Beechwood’s guest house south shields
Beautiful guest house, lovely decor and tasty full english breakfast! Just a little cool for me in the rooms. Rez the host, will even call a taxi for you to get to work on time, very helpful.

Rez is such a lovely proprietor, he ensures your stay is the best it can be. The cleanliness is second to none and the rooms have everything you need and more. A lovely place to stay.

What a lovely place and location!
On arrival was met by Rez who could not have been more helpful, he carried my suitcase to the top floor for me, he recommended where to eat and many other things, breakfast was a delight a full English and my friends had the light one which they both loved, at £8 it is a steal! The Beechwood is located on a street of restaurants with plenty of choice, opposite is a great pub! A very enjoyable stay full marks and thank you again Rez for making an excellent break!

It is within easy walking distance of coast and all of the other facilities. There was on street parking which was a great convenience and at night it was very quiet. The host gave a warm welcome and the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was also first class. I had a very enjoyable stay.

Great stay in town centrw
Clean, basic room perfect for 1 person. Plenty of tea and coffee and smart TV with Netflix access was a bonus. Great stay for the price and close to lots of amazing restaurants and amenities. Host was friendly and helpful.

We stopped at the beachwood hotel just for two nights we will definitely stay again it is very clean and tidy made to feel like at home by the owner the breakfast was very good 10 out of 10 it is situated close to the beach and to the main town and shops had a really good night's sleep both nights this is how a B and B should be .

This was the second time I’ve stayed in South Shields.Everything is easily accessible from the Beechwood,which I couldn’t fault in anyway.It’s clean,comfortable and the owner is very welcoming.I certainly hope to stay again.

It was amazing.so friendly .room was beautiful .everything you needed .excellent cleaning absolutely beautiful .I’ve never come across a bed and breakfast so clean and lovely .bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home .towels so soft and smelt amazing as bed sheets .all the little touches was so nice to the room .breakfast amazing value and so much choice would definitely recommend 100 percent.the owner should be so proud how lovely and clean it is .i will be staying every time I go home .

Amazing B and B.
Fabulous B and B. Breakfast was delicious freshly cooked for you at the time you want Nothing was to much for the owner. I would stay here again. And I would recommend it to all friends. Metro station is a short walk as is the beach. Perfect.

The property was perfect for me, a lovely, clean ensuite room with a kettle and fridge and a small double bed and radio and tv, even a fan. There was also a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. It was very good value with a delicious, cooked breakfast included and my host was very friendly and helpful. Free, unlimited parking outside and only a 5 minute walk to the Metro for easy access to Newcastle and the coast. I had a very enjoyable stay.

Escape to South Shields!
Right from the very start I knew that this was a good choice. Rez was very friendly an welcoming and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The breakfasts were excellent,I chose to have the Full English (and my word,it was filling!)but there were other options available.As for the room,it was very clean and comfortable and had just about everything you needed.As a matter of fact,the room was better appointed than far more expensive places I stayed in.Which brings me to my final remark,excellent value for money!

I have just completed a trip to Sunderland to see The Spice Girls in concert and I stayed at The Beechwood Guest House. It's a short walk from the Metro station and an even shorter walk to the beach. The Beechwood is a clean, cosy and comfortable home from home. From the moment I arrived Nikita and Rez were both very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and filled with added extra's The usuals, Tea & coffee making facilities,TV and toiletries but The Beechwood goes the extra mile by providing an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fan and fridge. The full English breakfast was outstanding. For my next stay in South Shields I shall be returning here.

Upon arrival raz carried our suitcase upstairs, room lovely and spacious and added treat with chocolates in room upon arrival. Lovely breakfast each morning and great host. Highly recommend this B and B. Five minutes walk to metro lots of bars and restaurants around also near to sea front.
