The day we checked in only one elevator worked and the day we checked out none of the elevator’s worked and being on the third floor and heavy luggage it was a good scenario. Ask the young man a the desk if he knew the elevators where not work, got a sarcastic, yes no apology or nothing not happy

A nice room. Not the best lighting and the plug ins were very loose. But other than that a nice place to stay and a good breakfast

Lovely hotel. Staff was friendly. We were easily accommodated for a top floor room. Room was clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was typical fare but not hot. We will stay here again.

Room was clean and serviced every other day. Plenty towels. The included breakfast was pretty good and convenient. The only complaint is for the coffee in the room. Horrible, but you could go to the lobby and get good complimentary coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the staff were so nice. Also having breakfast onsite was wonderful and there were a lot of choices! I would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! Until Saturday night when the occupants in the room above us would stomp every time they moved across the room. Kids or adults it was annoying. Same thing happened early Sunday morning. Sounded like kids jumping off the bed & landing on the floor over and over.

Maintenance pounding and using a power drill at 8 in the morning. Finding construction debris on the landing of the stairs, a head of screw when we were coming back from the pool. Good thing we didn't step on it. That would have been a great trip to the ER! Management had an excuse for everything.

Very clean, good breakfast choices(the potatoes both mornings were really spicy-my only complaint), quiet, big bathroom, a/c worked great, the toilet seemed to be flushing quite a bit but I forgot to tell the front desk).

Place was great. Only complaint was the clerk that checked me in shamed me for not using the Hilton website. Told me i payed too much. "You don't get a free bottle of water either." Also they need smart tv's in the room.

Excellent hotel
Sioux City is a great stop for us overnight when traveling to the east coast and back home. Really enjoyed this Hampton Inn with it's slide in the pool. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast spread is very delicious, plenty of options.

Very clean hotel with ultra friendly staff. Great beds and large rooms. Continental breakfast was real good, which I can't say for many others. I'll stay here again in the future.

When you book thru hotels.com the hotel typically puts you in a handicap room unless you specifically ask when you arrive. I forgot to ask and yep I’m in a handicap room.

Hi Trina, just a fyi... we at the hotel do not put you in accessible rooms, the company you booked with does that. We do not move you unless asked just in case you did book the accessible rooms.

Hotel Was Great! Neighbors Not Respectful Of Other
The hotel is very clean, we’ve stayed here before. However this trip wasn’t the best. We checked in Friday afternoon and Friday night the couple next to us decided to get into a fight and it spilled into the hallway. Screaming, yelling, and cussing. Fun times. Then, Friday night we listened to undisciplined kids run up and down the hallway. My kids never would’ve done that. If that wasn’t enough, the people above us had kids stomping on their floor (our ceiling) and no adult seemed mindful enough of others to stop the kids. Oh, the people next door, yeah they returned late and had people in their room partying it up. This was NOT our best couples weekend getaway.

Super high pet fee
It is my fault I didn’t see it, but corporately, it is wrong to charge $75 for an 8 lb. dog kept in a crate. Charge a deposit and then refund, like you do on the room, if everything is ok.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection and well kept up. Room was very nice and clean. Located in a business area which seemed safe. However, my refrigerator wasn’t working well. It was wet inside and not very cool. Freezer compartment was the same. I needed a working appliance. After trying to work with it for a couple of hours to no success I complained to staff. Staff gal did not believe me and asked to see it. Her assessment was opposite of mine even though I showed her the water. Thankfully I was able to convince her to place my gel packs in another freezer overnight. The appliance never worked. My food items were mush. This staff member was not rude she just wasn’t interested in being accommodating or doing anything more than she needed to do. I was disappointed that I had to convince her to help me and that wasn’t easy. Also, fyi…this hotel has a very lengthy Pet policy. You are required to produce your pet’s vaccination record upon demand, and about 10 other specific requirements. I travel with my dog a lot and have never seen anything like this long list you initial and sign. And pet fee is $75, which seemed outrageous to me. It appears they are doing everything they can to discourage pets.
