Great hotel. Clean rooms, kind staff. Restaurant / lounge provided great food and drinks.

I rarely stay in a Hampton and did so only by default since the other hotels I typically stay at were sold out. I was so pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and amenities. It totally exceeded my expectations and I will stay here again on my next business trip

We really enjoyed our 2 day stay here . Very nice clean rooms . The grounds were beautiful. We went for a nightly stroll in there back that was amazing . We had dinner at there restraunt the foods was so good! 5 stars all the way!

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The cost of the room compared to the quality I received was totally shocking. I truly felt like i was in a 5 star hotel. My room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the suite. My next visit to the area I will definitely be staying here.

The only issue we had at Hotel Fort Des Moines was that we couldn't seem to control the temperature of our room, regardless of what we did with the vents. It was freezing!

The manager, who also staffed the reception desk, was extremely kind and helpful. We were delighted to find that our room was larger than expected and very comfortable, clean. Because of travel constraints, we needed to check in a bit early, which they allowed very graciously. The hotel location was quite convenient to the airport. Nearby Greys Lake is a great place for a stroll. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
