"Overall, it is an excellent hotel. The room is big. The beds are in queen size which allow two adults to sleep. It is located just above the MTR station and a big mall. It is so convenient to go anywhere. The only complaint is the bathtub. The design make it a little bit dangerous to get in. "

"Room was clean and well-appointed. Staff was very helpful, setting up a crib in our room when asked at check-in. Every morning the housekeeping staff was always on hand to see if we needed any fresh towels or bottles of water, since we opted to not have our room made up."

"The service is excellent. All the staffs there are very helpful and they really go out of their way making sure that we get what we want. This hotel is located at the Victoria Habor that make it a plus for my stayed, except they don't have a lot of choices about the restaurants. It's a little inconvenient for foods lover like me, but to make up for that i got the best view of the Harbor and all the shoppings are near by. I will definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staffs, especially to the hotel managers who really tried to make sure our stayed are comfortable and relaxing vacation while we are in Hongkong. "

"This property is in an excellent location for westerners. It’s right in the middle of the expat community with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The metro is less than 10 minutes and the Star Ferry was about a 15 minute walk. The service was top notch and the property is in good condition. For Hong Kong, it’s a good value."
