"The front desk caught wind of the fact it was my daughter's (6) birthday. Later that evening Chloe brought up a little gift bag with a card and some candy bars. Very cool extra step on their part. "Refreshing and peaceful place to stay. It was clean, and I felt safe in the downtown area. Staff were friendly. The only downside to the trip is that parking is less than ideal. At $26 per day it’s a bit over-the-top. The “official” lot for the hotel is a block away, and that is much less but not all travelers can walk because of disabilities, etc."
