"I think the lower than average price makes it value for money. Parking space not always available, council carpark across the road £5 a day. Kitchen worktops needed replacing as burn marks & laminate peels. Good large tv in lounge & bedroom. "

"The property was brilliant! We were upgraded to a room with 2 bathrooms instead of the one we expected which turned out to make a huge difference in how long it took three of us to get ready. The showers were really nice. The cooking facilities were great and the living area was comfortable and homely. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again the next time I visit london"

"I stay at Hyde Park Superior most weeks when I'm in London for work. The staff are always pleasent & welcoming. The apartments are nice, some better than others as they are being updated. The communial areas have recently been decorated, the carpet needs changing as there a few stains but other than that. Reception is in a different building a few doors down but they have a whatsapp chat service which works well and the reception team are very attentive. For the price and location it's good for...

"Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom...
