Beautiful hotel with a view.
This is a beautifully maintained hotel. The rooms are large and updated. All of the staff except the waitress in the rooftop bar were wonderful. The breakfast is top notch plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be back in warmer weather!

My daughter and I had such a lovely time at Hotel Vis a Vis. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, the hotel was in a great location with amazing views and the lift to ground level was so handy. We loved the beach club and the surrounding area. Its just a shame we only had 3 days to stay.

The hotel offers fantastic view of Sestri Levante. Bar, restaurant and pool facilities all good. We had issues with WiFi, shower door and size of room. Also an issue was a €12 charge per day for parking which was not mentioned at the start.

Very nice boutique hotel with great ocean views. Very friendly and responsive staff. Make sure to try the restaurant and the bar, both with great views of the ocean.

Wonderful hotel for families
Absolutely beautiful view from this charming hotel. We had a family room with bunk beds and a big patio. Large pool area with food/drink service. We didn’t enjoy the expensive restaurant. Nether the food or service was worthy of the price tag.

Like a dream
A magical spot on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean. Helpful and friendly staff, breakfast and lunch and a true treat, found dinner to be a little too old school for our tastes. Swimming pool could use a good scrub, but it’s a gorgeous spot. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Hotel with a lovely terrace on the top floor
The hotels has very good position, walking distance to the city centre and to the beach. Not far from the train station (15 mins walk). You can fins very good facilities, nice swimming pool, lovely terrace on the top floor! I was just a bit disappointed with my room, as during the booking I have chosen a standard room with a balcony with city views - and I have received a room with a terrace space, surrounded by the concrete walls! So definitely not the view that I wanted.

Fabulous Hotel with stunning views over Sestri Levante. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pool area. Few minutes walk to the bustling town with lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely return to Sestri Levante and the Vis a vis Hotel.

Stunning location and views
A friend had told me about the town, but I found this hotel by looking online, and selected it based on reviews. We were not disappointed. Stunning location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views and I could go on and on. We were there for 3 nights and had an amazing time. We will definitely be back.

Spectacular views
The hotel is in a superb position in terms of the view over the bay. The facilities- pool, bar, restaurant are fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room and ensuite were a little cosy but this did not detract from the overall experience at the hotel. We would highly recommend it.

What a beautiful place & hotel
What an amazing hotel. The views from the hotel are beautiful. The hotel, staff & facilities were excellent & in particular the waiter, Valentino (such a lovely person to chat to & extremely attentive). The quality & choice of food at breakfast & dinner are exceptional although somewhat pricey but worth it. The pool was serviced extremely well & such a lovely place to chill out & relax. We cannot wait to go back next year. Sestri Levante as a town is a delight. Such friendly locals & a nice mixture of shops, cafes & restaurants.

The hotel is lovely. The rooftop bar and main dining room with panoramic views are sensational. No better place to have a drink at sunset, or to enjoy breakfast on top of the world. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Other than the under-sized rooms (typical in Europe) and the lack of a hotel gym, everything was perfect.

Lovely hotel, great base for Cinque Terre
Very nice hotel. It has absolutely amazing views, good breakfast, nice rooms, and is close to the train station. It is an easy 40 minute train ride to any of the Cinque Terre. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Sestri Levante is a favorite of Italians.

So small only thing that nice is the pool

Was placed in a room right below the kitchen very noisy at night. The hotel had beautiful views and great location but seemed to need updating. I felt I was overcharged for this room. I had accidentally booked for 1 person and on my credit card I had a $88 additional charge for my husband which ended up being over $200 for a night.

A heavenly hotel in Sestri Levante!
Vis aVis is the most beautiful hotel in a sweet town on the Ligurian coast. Staff amazing as are the views. Food excellent. Pool superb. Loved the secret back gate operated by reception which led to a fabulous trek along cliff top - similar to cinque Terra walks.

Excellent location for exploring Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. We were here for 4 nights. Excellent front desk staff, Restaurant staff. Breakfast was available and so was parking for a driving vacation through Italy. The hotel is conveniently located for the train and bus stations, which we used every day to access different towns. The views are spectacular from the bar and dining floor. Best we had in 21 Days. Glad we stayed here instead of one of the smaller Cinque Terre towns, as the restaurants near beach were more numerous and the town was much bigger for anything else you might need. Off season it was all uncrowded. Lovely.

Terrible room with terrible view. Highway robbery
Given the worst room in hotel. Located across from elevator. Room tiny , smaller than ship stateroom. View was of the top of umbrellas below our floor. Had to look over next room balcony to get any view. Ruined our vacation-45 th anniversary
