We visited with Twin Peaks & Alan Wake 2 on the mind...
We had such a delightfully cohesive time, the coordination and handoff in each aspect of our stay was so consistent. Thank you to the Salish Lodge team for an incredibly positive first-time experience!
It was a magical stay. Terrific views of the Snoqualmie Falls, helpful and specific answers to every question we asked, and nice lil' touches like the cider. Santa Claus (totally playing his part) even made an experience! No dropped balls, so to speak. Holiday decorations made this an especially delightful time to visit.
Our room was spacious and the roof was high. We opted for shower rather than tub and having TWO heads is definitely better than one in this case. Interesting how the water drains into a slit instead of a drain hole. Big TV (we didn't really use it).
Easy to walk to the lookout points to get a great view of nature in all its majestic glory. Thankfully it wasn't icy yet so walking down wasn't too slippery. The misty air is so refreshing.
We highly recommend making reservations for The Dining Room so you can try that sweet honey from heaven on the biscuits! The Country Breakfast IS A LOT OF FOOD as advertised. Teonna was a very helpful guide to our whole meal experience.
