"The property was really well located beside the railway station, walking distance from all parts of the city centre. The place looked newly renovated, room was perfect with an immaculate bathroom. "I don't understand why this place has positive reviews. It shows up as it would be a hotel, but there is no concierge or anyone to greet you-and no one spooke any English. There was no opportunity to get security because there was no information about anything. There was no way to lock the door to the room, and as a single woman traveling alone, I felt incredibly unsafe. I pushed the chair against the door with all of my suitcase. That is Seth. At least I would hear if somebody was coming in....

"We had a restful stay at Domus Olbia Inn, the aircon, bed and shower was all we needed! Had a TV too for late night cartoons. Other reviews say they were bothered by the closeness to a busy road but honestly with the shutters closed I didn’t hear anything. We couldn’t get the shower head to stay up fully but that’s the only criticism. Beautiful courtyard to eat and relax in too. "

"Francesco was a great help! We arrived in the evening in Alghero and he was there to help us with bags and the car. Many Americans will not realize the parking limitations of older historical towns here. Francesco also helped us change our rooms as we were traveling with children and wanted rooms one next to one another. What can I say we were there 2 nights with rooms overlooking the sea-walls of Alghero and the Mediterranean Sea, it was fantastic! "

"The house is very nice. The only problem for us was that they don’t clean the room every day and they didn’t say, so when we came back it was all messy. Also the day we were leaving we forgot the keys inside and we had to wait for a hour so that the staff can contact someone else inside so they could open us. So in case of emergency there is no one close by the property to help out. "

"We had a wonderful time at the Jazz Hotel, we went as a couple and met up with family who also stayed at the Jazz and had a wheelchair, ramp to assist and left available to take you to room. Cleanliness is excellent, reception staff are absolutely amazing cannot do enough for you. Restaurant and bar staff also fantastic and always smiling. Excellent breakfast lots of choice. Easy access to town and other restaurants. We visited some beautiful beaches €1 ticket purchased from newspaper stand left to car park will get you to several beaches in 20 minutes. Our 2nd visit will definitely return. "
