Absolutely lovely hotel! So peaceful, clean, and relaxing. Best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. The room was spacious and comfortable. Despite being near busy roads, the room was well sound-proofed and quiet at night. We enjoyed a great couple’s massage at the spa, too! All of the staff members were so kind! Only complaint was that it was not very easy or safe to walk to Ibirapuera Park, despite being so close. Otherwise, this hotel is perfect.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Hotel in one month, I was greeted so cordially by the Staff just like my first stay. My Check-In was quick , efficient and very attentive to any of my needs. My room was incredibly clean, the room so comfortable and spacious. I got in at 9pm and ordered room service, my food was tasty and warm and the service exceptional. I completely recommend staying at this hotel, it is worth it.

I love how everyone from the staff is always ready to help you in any way without you asking, everything looks so clean and pristine, I liked the Bakery and the Restaurant. My room was perfect, everything comfortable. The breakfast had many options and pastries to choose from, very delicious. The only thing I would say is that my tv did not have Netflix and only had local tv channels to go watch. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

The Room Service was bad, they dont even answer the calls, not even the front desk. Very bad. I order towels and they brought them 1 hour later. The hotel is old, not worthy.

Good sized rooms. Service was mixed to disastrous. Check in was very friendly and good. First day I managed to order room service. From then on, literally any time I tried to phone reception or room service it would just ring out. Trying to get drinking water was impossible and highly frustrating. Rooms are good size, but the bedding is poor. There was dirt on the bedsheets. The bedding is thin, pillows are small and lumpy. Swimming pool is freezing - I enjoyed it as a plunge pool from the Sauna, but isn't functional as a pool. Gym is pretty good.

We try to negotiate at least one discount since we need to return immediately on the last flight from Sao Paulo to Miami due the Corona Virus and they are inflexible. We use the room for 4 hours only and we didn't have breakfast. They charge me a full rate + 1 bottle of water and the parking. We are very disappointed with the lack of consideration in one situation like that and we do not plan to return to this hotel.

What a great hotel this is. You feel social staying here . It feels elegant, and the service you receive is top-of-the line. The breakfast every day, is fantastic. I looked forward to the coffee and the fresh fruits the most. They will also make anything you want. I’m sorry, I could not find one negative here.

Breakfast is worth it !!
Breakfast was worth it! excellent local selection and more. The walls/floor were thin--meaning I could hear my neighbors every move. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The staff were professional, helpful for every question/need, and courteous.

Convenient to park and highway
Excellent hotel a short walk away from Iberapuera Park. Quiet room despite the hotel being very close to a busy highway. Excellent breakfast buffet, but cleans up right at the closing time. Don’t be late! Nice lobby and excellent WiFi! Would stay here again!

Nice stay, really large spacious standard rooms, clean, a bit outdated but has its style. Good location near Ibirapuera parque. Closest metro is about 10-15 mins walk. I liked the breakfast, once used room service, pizza was nice but cesar salad was not up to the standard. Really strange recepie, a bit sour, nothing close to cesar dressing. I liked the gym is really nice and outdoor area. And the overall stay was more than good. Thanks a lot!

Modern hotel in highend neighborhood
Visiting São Paulo for business, this property was an excellent choice as it’s a good central location. It’s in an exclusive area and filled with mid-high end dinner options within walking distance. Itaim Bibi / Jardim Europa are also very safe neighborhoods. The property itself is clean and modern with good amenities. Just missing a spa. But the gym, room service and breakfast buffet are excellent.

I had a good time at this hotel... the amenities are nice and clean with a great bar and the staff are really nice... I also forgot a speaker and my Prada sunglasses in this location. I went back there 3 days after that, and they save for me in perfect condition at no cost. Great customer service and honesty...I highly recommend. The location is also great... very close to congonhas airport. I will definitely be back!!!

Nice hotel in SP
It was a pleasant stay, the only inconvenience was that it was far from my work but the hotel is a great option. Loved the boulangarie in the lobby

Good meeting rooms, lunch and break service an excellent gym... the bar and restaurant are very pleasant

Very unhappy . I left my sleep wear in my room and it was not founded it.

Nice location, old hotel, terrible reception
Had some issues for check-in, which took around 45min to be solved. Hotel is old, but location is fine. Would recommend only if you need to stay in the region.
