Absolutely lovely hotel! So peaceful, clean, and relaxing. Best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. The room was spacious and comfortable. Despite being near busy roads, the room was well sound-proofed and quiet at night. We enjoyed a great couple’s massage at the spa, too! All of the staff members were so kind! Only complaint was that it was not very easy or safe to walk to Ibirapuera Park, despite being so close. Otherwise, this hotel is perfect.

Towels are old and thin, shampoo bottles empty and with mold, ac noisy and in your face

This is the second time I have stayed at this Hotel in one month, I was greeted so cordially by the Staff just like my first stay. My Check-In was quick , efficient and very attentive to any of my needs. My room was incredibly clean, the room so comfortable and spacious. I got in at 9pm and ordered room service, my food was tasty and warm and the service exceptional. I completely recommend staying at this hotel, it is worth it.

I love how everyone from the staff is always ready to help you in any way without you asking, everything looks so clean and pristine, I liked the Bakery and the Restaurant. My room was perfect, everything comfortable. The breakfast had many options and pastries to choose from, very delicious. The only thing I would say is that my tv did not have Netflix and only had local tv channels to go watch. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

The Room Service was bad, they dont even answer the calls, not even the front desk. Very bad. I order towels and they brought them 1 hour later. The hotel is old, not worthy.
