Good hotel
Overall is good, a little tip is related to the minisuite, that is big enough except for the toilet that is outrageous small.

Probably the worst hotel in São Paulo
During a business trip to Brazil I made a booking at this hotel for 6 nights, but on arriving at the hotel I realised there was no reliable wifi connectivity. I complained to the hotel and was moved to another room, but the situation was the same. It was late at night so I decided to wait until the following morning and call Expedia to cancel the booking as I could not work at the hotel. The hotel refused to refund for the other 5 night although they clearly stated in the hotel listing that they offered services when they clearly didn't. The hotel refused to refund any money and I had no option but to check out and find another hotel. The two rooms I stayed in were tiny, noisy and dirty. The bathroom was dirty and the wall tiles were mouldy. The area is very noise and dangerous. The hotel staff are rude and unhelpful. The breakfast is a joke too so stay well clear of this place and avoid disappointment and financial loss.

Great Hotel and Great Staff
We truly enjoyed our stay at Higienopolis Hotel & Suites. Great room, great location, great staff. The staff was extremely helpful as I only speak English. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone

Kosher nearby
The area is in the midst of 8 kosher restaurants. The food at Via Babush around the corner is not to be missed. The fish and tempura there is the best I have eaten, anywhere. Period

Hotel/ suite was very spacious. Otherwise it felt much like a youth hostel. The bathroom and sinks all smelled. There was no hot water in the sinks. The shower had water that was barely warm. There were no tissues. Overall it was disappointing.

Reasonably priced hotel
The hotel is in a good location. The restaurant is light and airy and an adequate buffet breakfast was provided. Five of us stayed for three nights and shared a two bedroom apartment. The bedrooms were centrally heated and clean. However,the bathroom was really very tiny and there was a bad smell of sewage in the bathroom during our stay there. No crockery or cutlery was provided in the kitchenette. The hotel staff was very helpful and assisted us in booking a three hour tour of the city with a private company and this provided a good overview of the main attractions of the city.

wanted to check in at noon, and was assured room was available but they wanted half-day payment for the two hrs until official check in time. Desk personnel informed me manager was not available to discuss the issue. Bathroom very small and one cannot use toilet with be pressed against shower door. I am not a huge person but entering shower required a gymnastic effort to get around toilet yet fit through partial shower door opening. Otherwise apt was reasonably spacious but furnishings very dated and worn. Would not return to this property and any of my future multiple visits to Sao Paulo.

Good Suites
I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it is located in a good neighborhood. The hotel staff is helpful but I found better staff service in other hotels in same category. Nonetheless there is not too much to complain. The hotel restaurants has only limited options.

The hotel in in a grat location in Sao Paulo
The hotel is in a grate location in Sao Paulo close to many  of the city attractions very close  to the public transportation the room are ok expat  the bathroom the is very small by all standers

Charge to check in ...
I travel to Sao Paulo frequently and decided to try a new budget hotel. As most overnight flights arrive early, I got to the hotel at 11 am -- I asked if the room was ready, the front desk said yes, however if I wanted to check in it would be an additional 50% charge. This has NEVER happened to me before in the last 20 years -- if the room is ready, hotel courtesy is to allow access. I was so put off by this additional charge that I left that evening --

Precisa de melhorias.
Hotel razoável, e não me surpreendeu. Instalações bem.diefrente do que mostra as imagens postadas no app hoteis.com. cama não era confortável e muito estreita para um casa. Chuveiro nao esquentava e os pingos era um no norte e outro no sul. A descarga nao parava de sair água fazendo um barulho enorme. Funcionarios na hora do check-out estava sem mascara e vendo fotos de mulheres sem roupa. A unica coisa que merece nota 10 neste hotel é o cafe da manhã, bem servido e tudo fresquinho. De resto tem muito a melhorar.

Precisa de melhorias.
Foi tudo tranquilo, só não ganhou nota máxima, por dois motivos, na minha entrada percebi que o interfone não funcionava, fiz a reclamação e não trocaram o interfone, toda vez que queria falar com a recepção ou copa, tinha que usar meu celular. Vazamento na descarga do banheiro.
