This property has one of the best views of the caldera and sunsets right from your patio. The service was outstanding and the staff was always helpful and welcoming. I would return here in an instant.

The staff was amazing Sofia and Sandy took care of everything they new about everything from tranfers to meals to excursions this was the best experience ever and the views from the hotel were the best on island

Ideal place for Santorini of you are looking to explore the island, relax from the hustle of Oia/Fira, and see amazing private sunsets from your deck. Centrally locates with easy access to anywhere on the island. Large and spacious villa with own pool and decks. Breakfast amazing. Informative staff ready to make your time enjoyable. For a good hike, there is a private beach just below with a well marked path - took 30min to walk down and another 30 to walk up. We will definitely come back!

Gorgeous villa on the cliffs

We visited Santorini during the off season, so sadly couldn't use our private pool. The location was good for winery tours, but a bit far from the main areas. It is right next to a hiking/ biking trail though. Breakfast was fantastic, as well. The villa was enormous and had everything one could want.

Best views and service

The views were spectacular! The staff spoiled all of us, and assisted us with absolutely everything that we needed! We definitely stayed at the best place and would highly recommend it. Can you believe they even cleaned the hairs off my hairbrush? It's all these little things that are extra special. Loved, loved, loved it!!!

Heaven away from the crowds in Santorini

A fantastic place to relax and rejuvenate - we had a private villa with private pool. Great breakfast service and very responsive staff.

Awesome Luxury Stay

Awesome luxury stay. Top class hotel with nice scenic location and superb service. The Villa was very nice with private swimming pool. Its little away from touristic places like Fira or Oia but those places can be reached easily in car.If you don't want to be in the middle of touristic crowd of Fira or Oia, then this is the place for you.

Great view and friendly staff

The villas met all our expectations and the staff fulfilled all our needs. They delivered the breakfast to your room for more privacy. And the jacuzzi was the best part about the room.

VERY DISAPPOINTING - OVER RATED

VERY DISAPPOINTED with our recent stay at Thermes. They firstly forgot to book our room, then proceeded to book us into a cheaper hotel elsewhere. When we returned, the room we were given did not have any internal access to the second bedroom so my husband & I had to sleep in "separate suites" with our 2 children (not what we booked). Villa's are not finished with quality fittings or furniture - very empty! Dining table & outdoor table only seats 2 people, not accommodating for a family of 4. So many more negatives to mention. Only positive was the private pool & the amazing views.

VERY DISSAPPOINTED & MISLEADING!

Arrived at hotel & they forgot to book our reservation. Sat in foyer (no air con & 35 degree heat) while they called 20 other hotels to get us a room. We waited for an hour listening to them call around. My husband is fluent in Greek & understood what they were saying. They found a good hotel but didn't like the price so rejected it, they were looking for cheaper accom until their rooms were vacant. After a fiery argument, they agreed to the nice hotel. When we returned I was expecting an apology note or bottle of wine for their stuff up but nothing! To top it all off, the villa we were given had NO INTERNAL access to the second bedroom (not a 2 bedroom villa)! My husband & I ended up having to sleep with one child separate places. Broken shower head in bottom villa, no hand soap (ran out), no clothesline (broken), dinning & outdoor tables have 2 chairs (not for 4 people), power points dangerously hanging out of the walls. All of these faults mentioned to the staff with no attempt to fix. hotel recommended a restaurant in Oia with the best sunset, mentioned there were a few steps to restaurant, try 400 steps!! 35 degree heat, through donkey poo & unable to actually see sunset from the restaurant. The food was nice though. The only positive thing was the breakfast which was lovely. Staff were nice but not very professional when it came to fixing anything with our reservation.

Amazing View/Villa

MUST GO ! Amazing view, secluded, romantic. They will go out of their way for you. Best service, beautiful villa, clean just so amazing !! Near the Red Beach. A bit far from Thira and Oia but very easy to get to by ATV, Vespa, taxi or bus!

Nice veiws

Staff was ready to help at all times. If you are going to stay here rent a car it is a must. There are only 30 taxis on the island and it to far to walk from the main city plus it's nice to drive around, there's much to see. Having a privet villa and pool makes this place awesome!!!

The best hotel I could find !

Great hotel, located on the top of the mountain and the sea directly in front in a quiet area of this island, the staff at the hotel is nice and very helpful, of course I will come back to Santorini island and will not think of choosing another hotel :))

Really lovely hotel, Excellent facility, spectacular view super friendly staff. So helpful and always be there for you. Katerina is the best ! Only tip for the visitors, you will need to rent a car.

Great private pool villa with stunning views

The villa was clean and spacious. It could sleep comfortably 6 adults. The staff was very friendly, answered all our questions. The private pool was kept clean at all times. The view from the villa was spactacular. Do rent a car to explore the island as the villa is a little further from Fira and Oia.

One of the best views from every room in Santorini

Befell, the desk person and hostess was priceless with her bubbly personality and great suggestions. The breeze on the southern end of the island was paradise over the still air in Oia. The entire island is accessible by car in 40 minutes or less and the local restaurants and wineries closest to Thermes Villas were as good as any.

Villas with private pools in a quiet area

We arrived quite early (about 12 noon), were greeted by name, were told that we had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit and that our room was ready. The villas sit on top of a cliff, and all have an amazing view of the ocean and the famous Santorini sunsets. The second floor of each unit has a veranda overlooking its own private pool and the ocean behind it. The view from the second floor made it the perfect spot for breakfast each morning (included in the rate). The staff was very attentive, quickly arranging a rental car, a boat excursion (semi private tour highly recommended), and providing directions. We were very happy with the location and that we did not stay in Fira (which is extremely crowded). The hotel itself is only 4 years old so is in almost new condition. The owner comes by each day, and his two sons both work at the hotel. They treat their guests like family.

Tranquility

This place is amazing! From the time we checked in, we came before 11am, we were told to just wait 20 minutes and the villa was ready. They even upgraded us to a 3-bedroom villa. The villa is luxurious and the staffs treat you very well. They were very knowledgeable when it comes to the best places to go to, restaurants, supermarkets and stuffs. They even booked us to one of the memorable boat ride. The staffs will definitely go extra mile just to make sure we are satisfied with everything.

静かな夕陽

事前予約ではバカに高いミッション車しか見つからなかった為、サントリーニ空港から一旦バスでフィラに行き、フィラでレンタカーを借りて向かいました。ホテルのピックアップは割高で、また移動手段がないと若干不便な立地条件ですので、滞在型の方以外はレンタカーの利用をお勧めします。お部屋は2階建てのメゾネットタイプ、2カップルでも充分なキャパシティーです。9月頭に行きましたが、プールの水はもう少し冷たく感じました。何と言っても2階のテラスから見える夕陽は圧巻、わざわざ人ゴミに塗れイアに行く必要はないと思います。また朝プールサイドで頂く朝食もシャンパンが選べたり、非日常な贅沢感を満たしてくれました。ただ日本のこの金額帯と同質のサービスを期待してはいけません。

Unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge, für uns perfekte Lage, unbedingt Mietauto oder ATV ausborgen. Wer es lieber crowdy haben will ist in Oia oder Fira besser aufgehoben. Herrliche Abendsessen sind in Megalochori möglich, entzückendes Örtchen.

Πανέμορφη θέα, υπέροχη βίλα!

΄Πήγαμε την μεγάλη εβδομάδα για τρεις ημέρες. Η βίλα στην οποία μείναμε είχε 3 δωμάτια, 2 μπάνια το ένα με τζακούζι και το άλλο με ντουζ υδρομασαζ, μεγάλο σαλόνι, πισίνα και απίστευτη θέα. Το service ήταν άψογο και το πρωϊνό μας το έφερναν στο δωμάτιο. Είχαμε θέρμανση, πάντα ζεστό νερό και μας καθάριζαν την βίλα 2 φορές την ημέρα και μας εφοδίαζαν με προϊόντα περιποίησης. Όλοι από το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί και έκαναν την διαμονή μας αξέχαστη! Σα ευχαριστούμε! Βίκυ/ Βασίλης /Θεσσαλονίκη

훌륭한 시설.음식주문가능.비싸지않고 먹을만함. 월풀욕조 진짜좋음. 차가 있다면 이아마을과 피라마을 다니는데 문제없음

테르메스호텔.

조용하고 신혼여행 호텔로는 완벽. 단점은.찾기어려웠다는점. 이정표가 너무 작아서.찾기어려웠어요 하지만 객실을 본후로.호텔찾으면서 짜증이 치밀어올랐던게 싹사라질만큼 완벽한 호텔. 깨끗한건둘째.뷰가.이아보다 더좋았던 마을과호텔위치.

진짜 럭셔리한 콘도식 호텔!! 특급 호텔급 서비스!!

산토리니 바다가 보이는 곳이 위치하여 전망도 좋았고, 아침식사로 룸서비스로 제공될만큼 특급 호텔급 서비시가 제공되었습니다. 3층 다락방까지 있는 시설이고, 침실이 세개, 고급화장실이 2개, 각 숙소마다 개별이용 야외 수영장까지 있었어요.
