The hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, go above and beyond to help you during your stay whether it’s advice on buses or day trips, recommendations for restaurants etc and are just generally lovely to chat with. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Markezinis, George at receiption could not have been more helpful! Great recommendations on things to do and places to go, helped us with ATV rental and transfers to and from the airport. The hotel was cleaned to a great standard every day and the pool area was a lovely addition. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Santorini who wants to be close to the beach and only a short drive from the main cities."

Cheaper than Fira and Oia by a long way and the view is just as good over the Caldera - maybe better (the islands are closer)."
