I always like staying at the NOI however it’s becoming very dated especially the rooms. Roof top still one of the better attractions but everything else feels old.

Beautiful property! Excellent breakfast, rooms were pretty, gorgeous spa with workout room, kind staff. Good restaurants and nice outdoor shopping center within walking distance. Definitely stay here.

Great property with great staff. Rooms a really nice and both had great views. There’s a really nice shopping center one block away with cool brands for fashion and homewares. The hotel staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Santiago.

We booked the Terrace Suite King Room for 2 nights. Great and quiet room with a beautiful view from the balcony which also had a nice size spa for us to relax in the evening. Staff in Reception were great and there were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. We both loved the area where the hotel is located with lots and lots of great restaurants and good shopping nearby.

Lovely spot in busy Santiago
We arrived in Santiago and rented a car. A dog at the car rental bit my hand . We went to this hotel and it was perfect, helped ease the pain! Big room, luxurious, great bed, and quiet area. Wish it was more than one night!

We have stayed n this hotel m the past when it was recently build. There has been a noticeable lack of maintenance I the rooms, bathrooms and hallways. This is not a 5 star hotel. We took several photos of all the things that are falling apart in the room. Also, the bathroom is badly planned, an accident waiting to happen. It’s impossible to get in the tub and getting out is dangerous. We communicated these things to the reception. They were supposed to respond to us on Monday, but they never did. We would like them to cancel our upcoming reservation so we can be in a newer, safer hotel.

Not worth the price paid
The hotel aims to be high end, prices are very high but the quality of products, the range of services is not in line with the prices. A few examples: - breakfast had a good variety but most of items were not the best quality. Didn’t have pancakes or waffles or any sweet hot products. Avocado needed to be paid separately, same for fresh orange juice… on a USD 230/night? - gim was pretty basic, didn’t even have a mat or kettle bell, and it was locked at 9:30 on a Sunday morning, I needed to wait more almost 10 minutes for them to open the door (was supposedly 24/7) - no restaurant available, just rooftop bar with basic options - on the room, they charged for bottled water and Dolce gusto Nescafé… that was my first! Usually you get a Nespresso machine and a few free capsules. It is a nice location, surrounded by excellent restaurants, but the service you get is too basic for the price you pay.

Their hotel is very nice, the staff friendly. The restaurant service is a bit slow. As a Hotels.com gold member I should have been given an upgraded room, that did not happen! Hotels says you will receive all these extras but you don’t get them! Like the discount on food was never received! Very disappointing!

This is 101 from hospitality book... My $500 a night room included buffet breakfast at the salon. We didn't want to go to the salon. So I asked the front desk to bring my breakfast to the room. She said I had to order a full new breakfast from room service. I don't care much about paying a $20 breakfast from room service, but the service experience was disappointed. You pay $500 a night for the room and they cannot bring you the breakfast that was already payed. Really bad experience.

The hotel is very nice and classy. The meals served in the restaurant (planned by the meeting organizer) were excellent. Only negative, is that the room had some dust in the corners.

Awful hotel poor experience AVOID
The lady at reception really needs to learn to smile and make guests feel welcomed. House keeping awful, always forget to top up water bottles and amenities that you expect from a 1* hotel let alone a 5* hotel. Air conditioning was not fixed even after calling about 6 times and was promised an engineer. My door did not lock, so I had to leave my room knowing all my valuables are inside however the door can be unlocked without a key. Overall I can speak forever about this rubbish experience. I would never recommend anyone staying here, much better options for the price. I would not stay here again even if the room was free.
