The rooms are a little dated especially the bathrooms. The staff and service were great. Friendly front desk and front doorman. Breakfast was decent. I also like the surroundings of the hotel. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. We wallked to a supermarket Jumbo, they have super fresh fruits and lots of choices of beers at a very good price.

I stayed at Hotel Director in November of 2023 (Thanksgiving week) and I absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly, helpful and many speak English, the bar serves great drinks, the location is central to everything in Vitacura- so many restaurants that after a week I couldn’t try them all. Everything is walkable. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The gym was clean and had free weights, a flat bench, elliptical and treadmill- all were always clean and functional. The outdoor space was nice, and although I didn’t use the pool it looked clean each time I passed it. I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back to stay here on my next trip to Santiago. What you get for the price is incomparable.

The hotel itself is nice and located in a good neighborhood. However, the staff is not very good. When there was a problem with my room they told me they fixed it, but they had not. When I complained about it again they chose to harp on how I complained and didn't want to deal with the problem until I went down to the front desk myself. They need to train their staff on how to provide better customer service.

I think the reception is priority in a hotel environment, smiling ,been gentle and friendly is essential, that I didn’t feel, everything else was perfect except for that, anyway I’ll recommend the hotel, I hope the management will address that , again reception is the face of the hotel

비타쿠라에 위치한 강추 호텔
칠레에서 코로나 시국에 출국 전 지냈던 호텔입니다. 체크아웃 이후에 공항에서 시간 보내기도 걱정되는데 호텔에서 무려 오후 6시까지 그냥 방을 쓰게 해줬습니다. 위치도 산티아고 부촌 비타쿠라지역이라 주변에 맛집도 많고 산책하기도 좋아요. 조용하고 쾌적하게 지내기에 좋습니다. 시내 힐튼에서도 지내봤지만 가성비 뿐 아니라 여러모로 강력히 추천합니다.

No view. No water available other than bottles at the bar. No coffee/tea available in the lobby. Unfriendly reception staff. No help with luggage in the lobby. Traveled with my 90 year old father, lobby staff did not offer help with the luggage.

The food in the restaurant is very good and compare well with outside restaurants. Service people are very friendly. What need attention is room AC which was out of order and has been like that at least during the winter. Now, on spring AC is required.

Very comfortable and close to some amazing food
Very comfy hotel in upscale Vitacura. Very close to a whole bunch of amazing restaurants. The hotel is nice, modern and spacious and the room was excellent. Only minor annoyance is the pool opening hours - from 10am to 8pm - means we missed it when we stayed despite it being one of the main reasons we booked this hotel in the first place

Chilling in Chile
Service by hotel staff was really great. They arranged trips and tours for us at short notice. The hotel is in a nice residential area but quite far from the main tourist area. There is a large supermarket and a good variety of restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel is very basic so was rather disappointing. Would recommend the hotel if you don't mind being a bit further out.

Comfortable but older hotel
This is a comfortable but older hotel near ECLAC, ILO and other UN offices. It is smaller and a bit cheaper than the newer Atton Hotel. The rooms are fairly large and comfortable. The breakfast is fine.

Service could be a bit better (took severe attempts to have a room service menu delivered to my room as they didn’t believe me when I said I couldn’t find it) but overall it was a good hotel in a good location.

Excellent Location and Parking
We came to visit family and enjoy the area, this location is amazing it has safe parking which always seemed to be ample below the hotel in a sub level garage. It was gated. The staff was always very helpful and attentive. The hotel is clean and nicely laid out. Although it was 90-95 degrees each day the pool was still a little cold. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. We will definitely stay here next time. We traveled with two children (my 4yr old and 1yr old) a crib was brought up immediately and room was great with a fridge.
