Got kicked out of room 30 minutes prior to accorded check out time, which was already way too early (very little flexibility when it comes to this). Hotel reception closes on weekends. Overall it is just not a good idea for a business stay. The room itself is clean and comfortable."

"Our original room was having bathroom issues so Vasily, the landlord, upgraded us to a better room at no additional cost. He even offered a ride across town and advice on activities. Customer service at its best. New room was beautiful, clean, and provided a most amazing view of Santiago and the Andes. Absolutely recommended!"

"It was really bad experience with the wifi connection, for me it very necessary the internet cuz I had to work over there, but it was impossible to do. I can recommend the place. It so many other similar places in Santiago center with much better service. "

"This is not a hotel, it's a residential building with 4 towers. The hotel 'reception' is an apartment. Tight space, we came across a cockroach, there was no aircon and the bathroom fan was making a really loud noise."

"My two main areas of discomfort were : 1.- No TV in bed room. 2.- manager insisted on payment in cash and for that purpose showed to the apartment without notice at inappropriate hours two days in a row. Location is good but I will not go back to the same apartment, there are several companies in the same building."

"Great location just poor timing with the riots. It's in a residential tower and the front desk called the lady looking after the apartments. We met her at the room and she gave us the key. She did not speak english so had to use google translate to make sure everything was ok. Wifi dropped in and out but otherwise no problems, also has a cool rooftop area to chill."
