Great location just off the highway! And right next to restaurants! Greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. Front area was clean and inviting...first impressions...very nice!

I had not tried a Tru before but it looked like an Aloft, which I enjoy tremendously. Tru is everything I expected and then some. Staff was great, rooms are spacious, everything is designed to meet a traveler's convenience and comfort needs. I will certainly make this a regular stop on my annual trip back from my Florida home and look for them when I'm traveling elsewhere.

4 Tesla destination chargers in parking lot. Superchargers around the block. Check out Clark’s Inn, the restaurant was delish!! Room small, but clean, lots of places to charge everything! Breakfast was only so-so. Coffee was flavorless. Powdered eggs. bagels. Cracker Barrel next door. Was not worth the $224 we paid, but it was the best choice available. We’ve stayed at other Tru’s that were better.

The lobby was really attractive. I missed having a coffee machine and micro in the room. The shower leaked and we had to put 2-3 towels on the floor. Prefer carpeted rooms and not the hardwood tiles. But I realized it was because you are pet friendly, me too. We could here the people above us from 10-10:45pm, walking hard, thumping, maybe jumping. Perhaps carpeting would have helped with soundproofing.

My only issue with the staff was when We checked in they didn’t ask for my ID. They just handed me my card key and sent me on my way. While there was no issues, we were concerned about our safety while staying there and given the lack attention by the front desk

The popcorn and water that was provided was wonderful. The shower leaked terribly around the door out onto the floor of the bathroom. The caulking was rusty or moldy looking. The air conditioning unit rattled during the night. This is a new motel as of November 2023 if I understand correctly. This should not be the case for the age of The motel. You do expect more from a Hilton property. Disappointed.

There was a large group of kids staying in the hotel. They were noisy in the hallways and vomited on the steps. The chaperones were told and it was never cleaned up from the night before. The staff was notified in the morning but do not know if it was cleaned up in a timely manner.

This was our first time staying in a Tru hotel and we really enjoyed it. The common area was great, breakfast was delicious, and the gym was comprehensive. 10/10 recommend!

Liked: Cost, Location. Didin't like: The none welcoming feeling at the desk. We checked in after 4 and couldn't get in to our room. Desk people attitude was like another day at the office. Eveerytime we walked through the front door we were never treated with any thing. No Smiles or even a hi! We question if we should return???????

This hotel is nice and new. The walls are very thin though. We got a noise complaint regarding our 15 month old. I don’t know what people expect from parents traveling with babies.

Close to 95 , free parking and breakfast ( decent ) , took a while to get checked in ( think he was training ) , fire alarm at midnight - we all went out - nobody from management even bothered to update us on what’s happening- eventually we got back in after fire Marshall ? allowed it Who’s in charge?

Our room was dirty and smelled strongly of cologne when we entered the room. The sink had hair in it and we wondered if the room had really been cleaned or just touched up before our stay. The rooms seemed gloomy and cold.
