Relatively clean. Definitely need a remod, so outdated. So many other choices to stay, Apple Farm is out of the game.

Dear Herman,We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. If you are looking for something more modern accommodations, we suggest going downtown. This is "traditional country hospitality." There is not a brand-new hotel. It is a historic place to come stay. Please do research on the hotel you want to stay at in the future for something that meets your needs.

Beautiful property. Very charming Inn with good amenities. Guest rooms are large, comfortable, well appointed and lovely. The evening wine tasting was especially fun. Restaurants nearby are walkable.

Our room was a little too close to freeway. Had to call for robes. Did not receive so had to go to front desk to ask again. Restaurant not open for dinner during the week. No coffee pot in room, only in lobby. Hot tub was good.

Yes, robes are only available upon request. But we apologize for not getting them to you when you initially asked. The restaurant has not been open for lunch and dinner since COVID-19. Hours are posted on all websites. Coffee pots are also available upon request as well just so you are aware. All of these things are listed on the amenities that we offer so you will know in advance.

Hello,Prices go high in all of San Luis Obispo when there is a school event. It is the cost of staying in a college town, unfortunately. We do try to enhance the stay on those events like offering appetizers with our wine tasting etc..

Stayed in the main Inn building. Room was spacious and well decorated. Bathroom fan was incredibly noisy. The inn is older so not a lot of plugs; coffee in main lobby just OK. You can ask for a coffee maker for your room. We were in the room right at the top of the staircase; talking noise came right up the stairs and could be heard outside the windows. Recommend a room near the back side of the inn. Over all a very nice stay. Bed was comfortable, nice fireplace in room and lovely chair plus closet, dresser and comfortable cozy window seat. Would return. They serve free wine tastings across in the dining room building and there is a bakery/breakfast restaurant there as well.

Hello Sandy,Thank you for your feedback. We are looking to add something more as we cannot add plugs to the existing electrical. Possibly will be looking into some sort of docking station that has multiple outlets for guests. Will also make a note of the bathroom fan for maintenance to fix. I loved our room-the bedding and pillows so comfortable-once you figured out shower configuration, it was really neat but at first complicated. I was really disappointed in the restaurant from my past stay, it was only open till 11:00, not same as before. Aiden was so polite and kind but all alone at front with trying to handle bakery and incoming guests.

We have stayed several times and always have a great stay. Check in was fast. We received chocolate chip cookies and a glass apple as we checked in. Checkout was fast and easy.

The Apple Tree is a unique inn. The Apple Tree is decorated in a country cottage style. The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are all decorated a little different; it's not cookie cutter. Each guest is greeted by a friendly hostess that presents you with a cute gift and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. It is a great getaway retreat and I highly recommend it. The price is reasonable and worth the money.

A really nice motel, quiet, near the river with beautiful mature vegattion around it. Super friendly staff. Rooms and decor were dated but in really good condition and quality. Better than a lot of new junky motels.

There is no in-room coffee maker, although coffee is available from the lobby. The refrigerator is not too useful without a microwave oven.

My son is a freshman at SLO and read on parent sites that this place is the best. I looked okay from street so it took me until now to stay there. I wish I would have known sooner how charming this place was. so cute and quaint. they gave me a ceramic Apple and fresh baked cookie. They were so nice. only thing…wish they had ev charging there, but then again, most hotels there do not can’t say enough about how much I liked it there. I was in main house so I can only speak to that.

Hello Joy,Thank you for your review! Just so you are aware we are getting EV charging stations installed very soon. Hopefully before summer. The plan is to have 4 Tesla fast chargers that will be able to charge other EV vehicles as well.
