Maybe I have been spoiled, but asking for the basic cleanliness in a guest room should be a standard. We have found a used contact lens was dried up and stuck on the bathroom wall in the powder room, shower gel was completely empty upon arrival, finding hair stuck on the hairdryer and the bath towel… better yet, asked to open the sofa bed and rollaway bed upon leaving to dinner, still not being done when we returned.
