Is this a luxury property? No. The towels may have been frayed around the edges, but they were large and soft. Our room was spotless, every staff member was charming, the grounds were well maintained and clean. This property is affordable for a reason; I can give up a few things for safety, cleanliness, a good location for my needs, etc.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room has carpet stains all over, and the white blanket on the bed has a big brown stain. In the evening, while walking the dog around the property, we encountered a person sitting and rolling on the ground in the parking lot and he looks like something is not right with him. There were individuals who appeared sketchy around the property. According to others, this is normal, and the police are unable to intervene.

I wish my hotel room was already stocked with shampoo/ conditioner. I went to front desk around 6:15 am but nobody there. I went back to my room to use the room phone, but it does not work. I had to use my cellphone to reach the front desk.

The included kitchen was a game changer for me and my girl’s choice for a cheap weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The front staff welcomed us as if we were their family, even going so far as to waive our late room fee (thanks Shaun)! The gentleman who work the front desk are the greatest I’ve met in my travels! However the breakfast was middling, with only coffee and convenience items. Also, the hotel is distant from Points of Interest: prepare to drive. The small nit picks pale in comparison to the price they charged ($125~ a night). This is definitely THE budget lodging for experiencing Coronado, San Diego, and La Jolla!

The front desk staffs are very helpful and friendly. Property is not old and clean. The only issue was shampoo and hair dry was not prepared in the , but if you ask front desk about that, you can get them. There are some restaurants around the restaurants within 10min. on foot.

Was not provided with adequate bedding for the sofa bed. I was with my daughter and the front desk said that they would give me a call when a sheet was available after I went down to request sheets 2 times. I was never given a call.
