The room facilities are outdated, the faucet is very difficult to use, the window screens are torn, and we were assigned a room right next to the lobby and swimming pool, which is noisy both day and night.

It was just right in proportion to the price, but it was inconvenient because there were no supplies such as slippers and toothbrushes. Parking lot and location are good.

Everything was very clean. I specifically chose this hotel because of the free breakfast and free parking. All other hotels nearby had a parking fee. Breakfast was good, I went at different times on separate days and food was always kept fully stocked and it was not crowded. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

A decent hotel for the price with parking included. Decent breakfast though breakfast area is small and gets crowded. Heated pool, hot tub are relaxing at the end of a long day exploring San Diego and it’s attractions. Room service was done daily during our 3 night stay. Staff is courteous and friendly. Rooms are a bit small and road noise is prominent, but the other points eclipse these shortcomings. Will choose this hotel in future for sure.

It was a comfortable stay and just what we needed for a one night stay. The road the hotel is next to the hotel is pretty busy though so be prepared to hear passing cars throughout the evening oh and ship horns blowing.

The staff was wonderful, the pool was wonderfully warm, heated just like they said. The building is older and showing some of its age, but they do a good job in every area in cleaning and serving to make it the best they can. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.

Furniture a bit aged but clean, with good parking. Pool was nice and warm. Within walking distance to some local restaurants. Would stay here again.

Hotel is in a nice location, close to airport. The rooms are dated. The electrical outlets are loose and compromised in many rooms. We had to move rooms due to this. The sliding glass door out to the balcony was broken. The hotel does offer many perks that you don’t find at newer hotels. Free full breakfast, free WiFi in all areas of the hotel. Free parking, free local calls. Daily housekeeping.

We stayed both before and after a cruise. The staff were very helpful and efficient when dealing with a lot of guests with a lot of luggage! The rooms were clean and the temperature easy to adjust. Beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they held our luggage for us and allowed us to remain and use the facilities while waiting for a late flight. Thank you!

This was a perfect place to stay on our last night in town so we would be close to the airport for an early flight the next morning. The service was great and the breakfast was exceptional for free breakfast. It’s great that parking is included in the price. We had a hard time finding a hotel in the area that had parking included.

Great location! Pool area is nice. The cleaning crew are nice. The General Manager is great! This is a noisy hotel. All throughout the night and day in the room, in the break room at the front desk, you could hear a motor that almost sounds like a fog horn. It's soooo loud and annoying.

I was disappointed with the property, I would not stay here again. King room and it was very small and tight for two people. Toilet looked dirty and pieced together, seat was broken. No liner in shower curtain and it was ripped. Water came up through the seams in the flooring of the bathroom. There were black hairs on the wall and back of door. The bedding was minimal and the light blanket at the foot of the bed was dirty and worn. The TV was difficult to use sitting on the bed, the remote didn’t work unless you lifted it high in the air and pointed at the cable box. End room next to the road and it was extremely loud, I had the room fan on and a white noise app and still loud traffic sounds and sirens. Loud noises above us and people sliding porch furniture around early in the morning, was actually maids, I think. Would have been nice if lobby had coffee/tea like most hotels. The pool was ok but out of towels and they do not want you to use room towels. They did not have our reservation when checking in, however, sounded like it was Expedia’s fault? After being in the area and seeing other properties nearby, we would definitely make a different choice next time. Worn and dated, needs a remodel and more amenities.

The location is good, within walking or short drive from a lot of fun stuff to see and do, as well as places to eat. The rooms were small but very clean and kept up well. The bathroom wasn't very big either but I liked that the vanity was separate from the tub and toilet, so we weren't tripping all over each other. A more comfortable chair to sit in would have been appreciated. Their breafast was quite good with a nice variety. Staff was wonderful. We were disappointed that the hot tub quit working because there were some times that would have helped us out after walking all over! It wasn't back up to speed by the time we left. The only glitch was we were given a room at check in which was being worked on so we didn't get that, but it was an easy fix. On the whole, I would recommend it and I would stay there again. Price was definitely right.
