Place under remodeling, no breakfast, no elevator in service, no microwave. Three key door didn’t work either. Tv kept turning on and off. The only thing that didn’t fall apart was the bed. This should of been disclosed before booking and paying.

The property was doing extensive remodeling in the lobby and the first floor the stairs were covered in tape and paint residue. I wish they would have gave us a warning that they were under construction.

This was the grossest stay I’ve ever experienced. The room had dead earwigs. The carpets were stained, the room smelled bad. Staff was untruthful when we requested a refund or a room change. Just overall horrible experience and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Arrived to an industrial fan trying to dry the carpet, broken lamp, finger prints all over the the other lamp. Person at the front desk had no idea there was a fan in the room.

The hitel is in the middle of renovation & everything was new, including the carpet. Easy parking. Restaurants within walking distance.

The room we stayed in had just been renovated. Everything was new including the carpet. Easy parking. Right across IHOP & the Old Spaghetti Warehouse.

Regarding the hotel's improper charges, the customer service was unable to help the guests. Instead, they asked the customers why they did not notify them immediately. The second hotel maliciously attacked the guests, intimidated the guests and threatened to call the police. After paying the accommodation fees and taxes, they refused to check in, and drive guests away

This location was perfect for anything you could need! We were in a remodeled room and it was great. Breakfast options were minimal, but got the job done for this trip. Every staff member we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. We have plans to come back to the area and will definitely be staying here again!

The location is excellent, but the condition of the property is poor. Carpet was quite stained, several broken/missing plumbing fixtures. Bed & pillows a bit brickish..a/c was inoperative. We got the impression that the owner is awol.

Heat A/C unit was beyond outdated! Occupants can only control the temperature number and fan on or auto, but not able to select heat or cool-not an option. Also, only one coffee serving provided for two people and there was no one at the front desk to request more at 5:30 a.m. TV remote was hit & miss (might need new batteries). Other than that , little quirky stuff, nice room and staff

The front desk staff was nice enough to give recommendations for restaurants. They also gave me a little extra time in the morning when I couldn’t return from an event in time for checkout. The room was clean, albeit in need of an update. The carpet looked old, and the towel was frayed. The lighting was harsh. However, the bed was comfortable, and having a refrigerator was a big plus.

My experience here was horrible it took me 4 rooms to finally get a clean one. The peson at the desk was so nice but housekeeping needs to do a way better job i have pictures to to prove how messy it was i only stood there because it was the only place available and i was to tired to drive further

Decent place to stay!
The room had a nice layout. It was a nice size as well with a sofa and desk. The facility looks a bit worn and beat up…carpet wear, some holes in the wall. I could hear people in the adjacent room talking. Shower had shampoo and conditioner and body wash in large bottles. No lotion. Never got a hot shower. Luke warm at best even early in the morning. Breakfast was served - sausage, powdered eggs (didn’t taste like eggs), waffles, yogurt, toast, juice; coffee available all hours. Pool and sauna.
