I don’t blame the hotel, I blame Expedia for giving this place a 4 star rating when every other place gives a 1-2 star rating. Broken peeling walls, bugs, broken shower. We lasted about 20 minutes before we decided to leave. Felt unsafe and decided to go. Staff was nice.

Literally sketch and musty - don’t do it
Did we see men suspiciously huddled outside by a rusty truck holding handguns watching us walk to our room? Yes. Did we smell a lot of weed? Also yes. Did the manager have his dog in a small fenced section by the entrance to the lobby? Yes. Was our room musty? Yes. Were the sheets dirty? Also, again, another yes. Did we feel safe? No. Did we leave, jump ship, and checkout an hour after check in? Yes.

It was nothing like what was described on the photos. The room was filthy, the blankets were dirty, the front office was rude and didn’t wanna help with the complaints we had. It also had small mold in certain areas of the room

Don’t waste your time/money!
Stay clear of this spot. Room was not clean. Paid for a non-smoking room. When entered room there was a distinct smell of cigarette and whatever else. An ash tray on the dresser. Cigarette burns in the bedding. The Bible was desecrated. Foul language written on/ in it. A dirty pot/lid was found in the fridge with someone’s leftover beans. The filth under the beds was unreal.

The cleaning lady was so nice and so was the front desk. The room was not ready when we got there but they lady tryed her best to fix it for us.

Overall ok rooms
It was overall ok. The only downfall was they put me in a smoking room and i had to deal with the awful smell . Im pretty it made it seem 10 times worse since im pregnant. I wanted a non smoke room but they said unfortunelty thats all they had and i had booked in over a week ago. The room was comfortable to stay and sleep in. They did come in and clean and redo our beds etc.

Do not stay at this hotel.
The ad said it was quiet and safe. I felt neither was correct. Very noisy. I felt very uncomfortable. I tried fit two hours to get out of the stay but was unable too. The people at the desk said to hotels.com they did not know me. I gave up and stayed. The door had cracks around it. You could see daylight. The front door had been bashed in and also the bathroom door. The tile was peeling off the walls. I was extremely uncomfortable. The linens were clean. I checked out at 9 am the day we were to leave and several hours later they tried to charge us another night. We lost the one key and they charged us $5 to replace it and I see they charged us another $23 after we left. I have no knowledge of what that was for because I received nothing extra other than the extra key I paid cash for. This is the first time I have stayed at an OYO Hotel and I will never, NEVER stay at one again. Also, it is very inconvenient to locate. Not good for those visiting Seaworld. The pool was clean but very cold. No hot tub and no breakfast.

Nightmare from Hell
We booked this hotel for a two double bed room and received a king size bed, hotel looks like it was built in the 60's with the same floors, tiles, no recent updates on the property. The floors were dirty and sticky. The smell was overpowering of a flowery cleaner smell. There was a cigarette butt behind the toilet. I could not get my children in the tub because of the looks of it. There was only soap provided, no shampoo or conditioner. The description said breakfast was included, but not provided. HOTELS.COM should remove this listing from there web site.

This was a terrible place to stay. The room was not cleaned. The AC unit was about to come off the wall. There was no customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a locate that look like drug deals happen. Do not stay here at all.

DONT STAY HERE
Place is trash. Stray dogs running around the parking lot, seems like the owners dogs. You have to pay $20 deposit just to get the remote to the tv. Owner was very rude and disrespectful. My mother had passed away the same day and her showing a little kindness wouldve went a long way, instead she was ugly and rude. You never know what someone is going through, you should always be kind to people. Especially paying customers. Would NOT recommend.

Stay away this place is horrible
Absolutely the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. So bad I left 1 hour in to a 2 day stay. Door l9ck non functional. Only light in room that worked was bathroom. Filthy bedding. Just overall nasty looking place. I gave up 2 days of paid room it was so nasty.

We arrived and the receptionist was hitting on me and disrespecting my girlfriend. He gave us a room key with “109” on it and told me to ignore the number and that it was “106.” We went to room 106 after he gave more nasty remarks and the room was already occupied. We left.

This place is HORRIBLE AND DIRTY. if you want to feel like you are leaving with bed bugs THIS PLACE IS IT!!!! disgusting and no accommodations for their guests. Oh and all rooms smell like cigarettes even if it says no smoking :) also, there’s guys outside getting drunk. you feel very unsafe, unclean, and rude customer service. a disgrace I had to leave earlier then what I paid for. And no refund

I have been in the same room since October 31st and I payed the $40 deposit and booked for another day November 1-2 and yet had to pay $20 early check-in when I am in the same room which did not need to be cleaned or serviced then I payed in person before checkout time and was charged another $20 deposited on same room so I booked and payed a 3 day stay online pay in full with at Hotel com for 3-6 and was still in the same room and still woken up by staff to pay another $20 early check in when I am in the same room and have spent $60 plus every night since I used Hotel. com but if pay in person I will only pay for cost of stay so it is better to pay in person but yet I will not receive a stamp so I am wondering how I can go about this issue that has me confused over all rules are rules so I guess since I am limited in my fund will not be using Hotel. com anymore unless I could be remembered

This property is clean and people are friendly the swimming pool is pretty and also clean has everything you need for a night stay a frig microwave tv ac and did I say clean which is a plus on my book and the price is better than others
