Had someone go early to check into our 6 rooms. No problem. Except when we returned that night, someone had rented out 2 of our rooms to someone else! We had a run in with a very angry guy when the desk girl let us into his room while he was sleeping! Apart from that, pretty nice rooms!

-Disgustingly smelly room -No conditioner provided -Tiny bathroom with NO ventilation -No dish soap or paper towel in the kitchen -Uncleaned toaster -Uncleaned walls in the bathroom -TV cable was not set up (the machine was there, but we had to figure out what was unplugged and set it up ourselves. We saw an older guy complaining about it and they weren’t too enthusiastic to help out) On the other hand… this is the cheapest place to stay at in/around Victoria. However, I would not recommend this place nor stay here again.

The hand towels in the bathroom were stained with what looked to be makeup. We requested our room be cleaned and left at 10am so not to disturb the cleaning staff. When we returned that night nobody had come through to clean the room. The walls are paper thin so we were woken up at 5am by our neighbour watching TV.

We had pretty low expectations despite the high price we were paying. There seems to have been some relatively recent renovations. The bathroom and shower stall were very small. There were no toiletries in the room. When asking for an extra pillow we were told there were none.

Rooms were clean and good for one night. Rooms were ready later than expected, but too much later. The challenge was pillows, and they do not have any extra. We had one each on the bed, and they were useless.

Relatively inexpensive and very convenient to Victoria Airport; food & gas services are very close by. The property, however, is showing its age, with towels that are a bit threadbare. Morning coffee is available in the lobby, and both evening & day staff were friendly & helpful.

Let's face it. When we travel we want a clean room with a comfortable bed that is easy to get to and affordable in price. The staff were all very welcoming.

Someone tried to break the door down into my room at 12:30 ar night when I was asleep. Woken up I started screaming. They started screaming swearing. Crazy. Scary. Did not get back to sleep. Left early to catch a flight. Bad. Unsafe.

This was a very comfortable and welcoming facility. It was a restful stop in our lengthy travels. The staff were very helpful, friendly and informative.

It is only a couole of blocks to family and easy to walk to. Also there are several restaurants close by. Staff is always so friendly and rooms are clean wirh great beds.

Staff were very friendly, no issues with safety or anything despite being in a less than quiet area (next to a major highway, traffic noise, etc.) there was little noise through the night. Room was fine, the bath fan was super loud to the point I hesitated to turn the bath switch on in fear of disturbing other guests.

The rooms were updated, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Basic accommodations. the only thing i didn't appreciate was that the tv only had one channel.
